Ryanairdontcare Campaign have received an email from Air Scoop team who reported on Ryanair Business model in 2011 and again in 2013.
In 2011 Ryanairdontcare campaign had a Reference mention with regards cabin crew and at the end of the report, which was removed with 119 others posts from this blog.
The difference being, this year (2013)Reference regarding this blog's twitter account can not be deleted yet by Ryanair.

THIS POST CLEARLY SHOW'S RYANAIR PUT PROFIT BEFORE SAFETY AND LIED
Air Scoop email below....

Dear readers and friends,
We received this week an order from the Irish court ruling the removal from our website of two of our reports “Ryanair Business Model 2011” and, surprisingly, “Ryanair Business Model 2013”, which was only launched recently and wasn’t originally targeted by the plaintiff.
Despite our regretting of this decision that we find disputable, we do not believe we are above the law. Therefore, we shall comply with the Irish court decision and remove the litigious publications before Friday, 10:00 a.m. (GMT+0).
We would also like to have your opinion, as readers, on our own publication, and we would like to know if you wish we continue publishing free reports on multifarious topics.
Did you consider the reports Ryanair Business Model 2011 and Ryanair Business Model 2013 to be:
·         Valuable and objective?
·         Valuable but not objective?
·         Not valuable but objective?
·         Neither valuable nor objective?
Besides, would you prefer us to:
·         Continue providing free report on other airlines – in the model of Ryanair reports?
·         Continue providing free publications on any airline, but different from the said models?
·         Provide free reports and other types of publications?
You can answer to those questions by mail at: info@air-scoop.com. We remain at your disposal in the case you would need specific information regarding this regretful matter.
Faithfully yours,
Air Scoop Team

Disclaimer
Ryanair Limited has contacted us to dispute the validity of several statements that appear in Air Scoop’s 2011 report on Ryanair’s business model. In Ryanair’s opinion, these statements are either unsubstantiated and/ or false. We value external input on our work as we strive to produce fair, informative and well-documented research documents.
The report we compiled provides the reader with a synthesis of information from various sources. We think it fair and balanced to provide our readers with a summary of Ryanair’s disagreements and the statements they relate to.
You may find here below a table of the statements and Ryanair’s comments:
Statement
Ryanair’s comment
“Stretched to the limits as aircraft and crews are, the tiniest problems could have the worst consequences for the airline, and its passengers.” P.43
Unsubstantiated, false.
“As part of its effort to comply with FAA regulations, Ryanair has, over the last few years, had to implement a number of additional maintenance procedures and minor changes on its Boeing 737-800.” P.43
Unsubstantiated, false.
The implied meaning being that these procedures and changes were as a result of poor maintenance and safety, rather than normal maintenance and/or Boeing recommendations with which all operators are obliged to comply.
“For turnaround check and rotable repairs, Ryanair relies exclusively on external contractors. It is a part of its strategy to minimise the number of in-house employees.” P.45
This claim is false as Ryanair uses a mixture of internal as well as external resources.
“When it comes to handling maintenance contractors, it has been reported that Ryanair forces external contractors to lower their costs for the company. Allegedly, the company coerces contracted companies into creating Ryanair-dedicated subsidiaries employing lower-paid employees. As a result, engineers taking care of Ryanair planes on the ground are often found to be less experienced, less skilled and less paid than any others. This comes down to lighter aircraft handling costs for Ryanair but could also lead to major safety and security issues surrounding planes overtime.” P.45
Engineers employed by Ryanair (or its subcontractors) are paid highly competitive salaries that are well within the industry norm. There is absolutely no evidence to support the false and misleading claim that engineers working on Ryanair aircraft are “often found to be less experienced, less skilled and less paid than any others”. The qualification levels for staff to allow them certify work on aircraft, including experience levels, is set out by the European Aviation Safety Agency and all our staff meet these criteria. The implication Ryanair sacrifices on quality of aircraft maintenance to save money is false.
“When it comes to safety issues Ryanair makes no secret that it has an almost spotless record of fatalities onboard any of its planes.” P.45
This claim is false, misleading.
Ryanair has never had a fatality onboard any of its planes due to a flight incident or crew actions. In addition, the claim that “the company has a generous track record of incidents with its planes” is false and bears the implied meaning to the ordinary reader that flying with Ryanair is unsafe. There is no basis for making such a false claim.
“When it comes to medical emergencies, a recent incident has highlighted a possible lack of qualification on part of cabin crews, as a passenger suffering a heart attack was given nothing but a sandwich and a glass of water, which he had to pay for.” P.46
The incident involving a passenger who allegedly suffered a heart attack during a flight is incorrectly reported. Ryanair staff are subject to and comply with a thorough and standard safety procedure in the event of medical emergencies.
“Insufficient maintenance” P.46
This claim, contained in one of the headings in your report, is false.
“While a consequent part of reported incidents where linked to faulty sensors and alarm signals, the fact that these are faulty are in themselves a sign of bad maintenance.” P.46
This claim is false.
“Other occurrences are more worrying, revealing weaknesses in the general state of planes. Several incidents related to misaligned flaps, engine malfunction and landing gear troubles have occurred over the past five years, leaving doubts regarding the adequacy of Ryanair’s maintenance.” P.46
These claims are false. Maintenance of Ryanair aircraft is overseen and regulated by the Irish Aviation Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency.
“As stated earlier, Ryanair’s aircraft fly with marginal fuel reserves lower than industry’s average. While these are not always listed, for lack of being declared proper emergencies through a “mayday”, various sources report Ryanair planes frequently requesting priority landing due to being short on fuel. Nevertheless, up to now, no major problem has emerged from these situations of very low fuel reserves. It remains to be seen if such a policy stands the test of time.” P.46
This claim is false.
“Disregard for safety regulations:” P.46
False in its natural and ordinary meaning.
“It appears that some of Ryanair’s Boeing 737-800 are flying without all their carts, compromising the latching of carts stored in the galleys. It also appears, that crews do not always use fire proof rubbish bags on carts and in the toilets, which could result in a potential fire hazard during a flight.” P.46
Ryanair complies with all safety regulations.

A year ago, Air Scoop published its first-ever report on Ryanair's business model. The goal was to establish a comprehensive report on the most disruptive low-cost airline on the market to serve as reference for years to come. This year, Air Scoop is publishing a new, thoroughly revised and updated, version of its report on Ryanair's business model.
The goal is to provide the reader with a brief, compelling, overview of Ryanair's business model, as well as highlight new elements and evolution in the carrier's development. The new report is intended as a complement to the previous one and offered entirely free as a downloadable PDF and as a public document on Scribd.

RYANAIR LOW-COST JOB LOSSES.RYANAIR FAIL TO SAY OVER 10,000 RYANAIR JOB LOSSES ALL PAYING €3,000 to €30,000 for training...

''low cost carrier Job Losses..SAY RYANAIR..
We must all try to understand the way in which Ryanair try to control the low-cost industry to benefit their profit to share holders, with David Bonderman and Michael O'Leary being the largest single share holders. In early September, Ryanair saw €1bn wiped off its share value in a single day plus yesterday a €1.1bn which totals €2.1bn in just over 2 months.Pilots at Ryanair have at last had a voice and continue to be heard even though Ryanair's bully boy tactics continue to fail.As you will see from the Ryanair report below
Ryanair report  http://www.ryanair.com/doc/investor/present/quarter4_2013.pdf
Ryanair are keen to report job losses at other low cost carriers but fail to mention their own job losses. As other low cost airlines employ the majority of pilots and cabin crew directly with PAYE and pension contributions being paid fully, this advantage is clear to see why Ryanair's profit is rolling in.
What Ryanair fail to say is 80% of their pilots and cabin crew are contracted through so called third party agents, which is a FRONT to maintain higher recruitment levels, training fees, hourly rate of pay SCAM and the TERMINATION rate of employees.
At present Ryanair's so called third party providers have TERMINATED well over 10,000 employees all paying €3,000 to €30,000 for training which generates a tidy profit for these exploiters.
The job losses below that Ryanair seem to be proud to post on their report,FAILS to mention the thousands of cabin crew and pilots jobs lost at Ryanair...

Spanair Spain 2,000 job losses

 Malev  Hungary  2,600 job losses

 BMI Baby  1,200 job losses

 FLAGS
Iberia  Spain  4,500 job cuts, 35% pay cuts

SAS  Scandinavia  6,000 job cuts, 15% pay cuts

 LOT  Poland  950 jobs cut

Air Berlin  Germany  2,000 jobs cut

but fail to mention thousands of lost Ryanair jobs ''

RYANAIR CABIN CREW on PROBATION EXPLOITED....DAVID BONDERMAN ''Scum''.....Article here from Guardian. http://www.theguardian.com/business/2013/oct/26/ryanair-cabin-crew-training-fees?partner=skygrid

                                       Article here from Guardian.
 http://www.theguardian.com/business/2013/oct/26/ryanair-cabin-crew-training-fees?partner=skygrid

Article below is the real way in which Ryanair SCAM young people...By a 5 year    campaigner against Ryanair's Recruitment for Termination...

Would-be Ryanair cabin crew can pay nearly £2,600 for training, but still remain on probation for up to 18 months.
They are promised an exciting career ''Live the High Life'' and the chance to see "the world's top sights", but 60% of new recruits who pay the best part of £2,600 for training courses to join a company that supplies Ryanair with cabin crew end up TERMINATED and left i a foreign land, penniless with no flight home.
Those 60% of new recruits Terminated during their probationary period are still pursued for training costs by Daniels Silverman solicitors http://www.danielssilverman.co.uk/services.php?sid=5 while others with jobs are left angry by the working conditions and wages dictated by their contract. Now several have raised their concerns with third parties who have discussed their situation with the Observer.
The trainees are too frightened to speak directly to newspapers for fear that they may be pursued by lawyers for breaching their contracts, plus knowing Ryanair sending out bad references for future jobs, which they believe forbid them from talking to the media. But their decision to break their silence will focus further attention on Ryanair after its CEO Michael O'Leary promised to reform its "abrupt culture" and rein in its "macho" image all being a big publicity stunt by O'leary.
All Ryanair's probationary cabin crew (4000 at one time) are supplied through contract by Irish firms, Crewlink and Workforce International (Dalmac) which takes them on only after they have successfully completed a six-week paid training course.
Irish companies Crewlink and Dalmac  run Ryanair cabin crew training courses, but it also accepts recruits from a training school run by St James Management Services who are Ryanair who are based in Bishops Stortford and registered in Cirencester, Gloucestershire with M2 training http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/ryanair-cabin-crew-apprenticeship-m2.html
Those on the St James Management course pay £1,650 upfront, or £1,800 in instalments. Once the recruit starts working for Ryanair, Crewlink and Workforce International their employer, deducts £150 a month from their salary to cover the cost of the course if they chose to pay in instalments. But it has been claimed that thousands who go on the course, pay the training fees are TERMINATED during the probationary period, leaving them in a foreign land,no flight home, penniless and with a hefty training dept that Daniels Silverman solicitors chase. A Crewlink spokesman said: "The overwhelming majority of new recruits, over 95% pass the training course are charged the training fees  after 60% are TERMINATED under12 months.
Emails seen by the Observer reveal that St James routinely tells trainees it will instruct a debt-collecting agency (Daniels Silverman solictors) to pursue those with outstanding fees. According to the agreement, "successful participants must achieve an 85% or 90% pass rate in all their examinations throughout the course".
Crewlink and Workforce International contracts, seen by the Observer, is clear there is no guarantee of a Ryanair job but Termination is GUARANTEED. Those taken on by Crewlink and Workforce International are paid £13.39 before tax an hour in-flight pay.Flight pay meaning once the aircraft takes off they are paid with delays,1 to 2 hour briefings, cleaning aircraft and turn arounds adding up to 4 hours a day UN PAID.According to the contract that explains that staff can transferred from one Ryanair base to another "without compensation". In one contract seen by the Observer, the probationary period lasts for 18 months.
The contract also explains that cabin crew are required to work a number of HOME standby days each month (2 EACH WEEK when rostered ) whereby they must be available within one hour of being called in for work, which is UN PAID. Crewlink's contract makes clear that there are no company provisions for sick pay and cabin crew must pay £30 a month to rent their uniform for the first 12 months.Once TERMINATED the full amount of the uniform must be paid "The company can terminate your employment at any time (Termination memtioned 16 times in contract) by giving you the statutory period of notice," the contract dictates. It explains that "there is no notice period for those who have worked up to four weeks".
O'Leary last week took to Twitter to answer questions from Ryanair passengers as he is fully aware of Ryanair pilots having their first ever press conference https://www.facebook.com/ryanairpilotgroup2013 .But in a sign that the company is keen to change its image is a lie to protect the Ryanair share price, which is falling and he is being told by the Real Ryanair chief David Bonderman  to listen more to customers. However, he has said little so far about whether he sees any need to change the Recruitment for Termination Policy for those who wear the Ryanair uniform.
A Crewlink spokesman declined to comment on "inaccurate claims" about its contract. He added: "If people don't like our terms and conditions, they can and will be TERMINATED at any time."
Gillian Guy, chief executive of Citizens Advice, said it was concerned that many companies were asking their trainees to pay too much towards the cost of their training especially Ryanair with a large termination rate.
"Our advisers are increasingly seeing cases, in different sectors, where people are being charged for training, uniforms and travel with the promise of a job that never materialises," Guy said.
A Ryanair spokesman said: "Probationary Ryanair cabin crew start working for Ryanair but are contracted through third party providers so that Termination can take place with no people knocking at our door, except that farther of a Terminated girl JOHN FOLEY..  https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=RYANAIR+PROTESTER+JOHN+FOLEY&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=IclsUs_3MsSc0AXs24HQCQ&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1366&bih=621
Requests for a comment from John Mudge who has St James Management in his name went unanswered.
