Due to the fact that many visits to this blog over the last few weeks are googling Ryanair cabin crew contract, showing young people are going to the internet for transparency which Ryanair's shell companies Crewlink and Workforce International are guilty of misleading claims. You can view the probationary Ryanair cabin crew contract below. http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/ryanair-cabin-crew-contract-for-new.html
A few important points which are not explain in this contract are posted below. The wording Seasonal Cabin Crew is used to offer you a nine month period of employment with three months not paid.
1, The wording fixed term contract means new recruits are believing they are contracted to this job for a time period From commence on «Online_Date» ("the Commencement Date") and will end no later than «Contract_End_Date»....john said,
This is simple NOT true.New recruits can and will be TERMINATED to suit the company.Termination rate of new recruited Ryanair cabin crew is calculated on the amount of people Crewlink and Dalmac recruit. The more they recruit the more will be TERMINATED.Ryanair's Crew control will alter your roster patterns which contributes to you being late for your shift,NO Show and sickness days added.
2, If during the probationary period the company is dissatisfied with your performance or conduct, your employment may be terminated by the company giving you the statutory notice period or payment in lieu thereof.....john said,Performance is very important here which relates to your on board sales,No shows and sick days which can be added by Ryanair's crew control.
3, Your main responsibilities will include: passenger safety, assistance and control; boarding and ground duties.....john said,This is not true, your main duty responsibility on board Ryanair is on board sales.
4,Flight pay will be paid one month in arrears and directly
into your bank account......john said,Ryanair insist you open a Bank of Ireland bank account(not include UK) so your monthly salary is paid into. The reason being once you are TERMINATED your bank account will be frozen by Bank of Ireland and your last months salary will be targeted by Ryanair's shell companies Crewlink Ireland and Workforce International.Ryanair work closely with Bank of Ireland and target new recruits PAYE payments at the 40% higher rate..
5,Flight pay is calculated on scheduled block hour basis, and includes a premium for all hours associated with flight duty; including but not limited to pre and post flight reporting, delays and all on-board duties....john said,This means you are only PAID when the aircraft in air born.Cleaning the aircraft, turn around time, checking passengers at gates, loading passengers on board and any delays you are NOT paid.
6, The Bonus is non contractual in status and is not intended to be
incorporated into your contract.Once notice to terminate employment has been given by either you or the Company, you will not from that date be
entitled to receive any payment of Sales Bonus for in-flight sales whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any accrued but unpaid Sales Bonus due at the date notice to terminate has been given...john said,Your on board sales bonus payment of 10% is tallied by the No1 on board each flight and paid monthly with NO paper calculation given to new recruits. So no transparency involved.Once TERMINATION is given any on board sales bonus you earned will be KEPT by Ryanair's Crewlink and Workforce International. 7, STANDBY DAYS,
Seasonal Cabin Crew will be required to work a number of “Stand By Day” per month, whereby they must be available to work within one hour of being called. If called to work remuneration will be in way of the standard scheduled block....john said, if your not called you are NOT paid. This could happen up to three times in one week. Standby days in uniform at the airport could be a 10 hour shift which if your not used to fly you will check in passengers, baggage checking selling of travel tickets etc.All your paid to do the above is €3 per hour YES only €3 per hour....
''YOU STILL WANT TO WORK AT RYANAIR'' EUROPE'S GREATEST EXPLOITER OF YOUNG CABIN CREW.
As you can see below edreams have paid Google to place an advert on the first page of Ryanair on google.Ryanair are very concerned but not for the reasons Ryanair are telling you.Ryanair believe this post below is misleading which is NOT true.It is clear edreams are running this site.Take a look at the edreams selling Easyjet flights http://www.edreams.co.uk/flights/airline/U2/easyjet/?mktportal=google&gclid=COLQvavxusgCFaEfwwodHPkA9w eDreams is perfectly entitled to sell Ryanair tickets, and the tickets
of other airlines providing customers with much-needed choice and
variety to the flight distribution market. What Ryanair don't like is the fact that under their subsidy contracts with airports and cities Ryanair are paid on the numbers of passengers numbers they bring to these cities and edreams are taking a chunk of these profits. That is business Mr O'Leary which is great for the customer but NOT for your subsidy payment.
At least edreams are giving their employees REAL contracts of employment as Ryanair contracts of their cabin crew are done through a SHELL company Crewlink Ireland who continue to exploit their cabin crew workforce...
Wednesday the 23rd September Ryanairdontcare Campaign founder John Foley set off from Liverpool to Dublin like he does this time every year for the past five, to protest outside the Ryanair Annual General Meeting with regards to Ryanair's recruitment and high termination rate of young probationary cabin crew all paying up to £3000 to train.A bus and ferry crossing to Dublin is the chosen route which takes eight hours.
What was very pleasing this year was the fact that Ryanair had changed the location of the AGM from their new head office in swords to the radisson hotel at Dublin airport.
This change of location must have cost Ryanair a tidy sum which is great news.
In 2014 Ryanair left their old head office at Dublin airport for the new Ryanair head office in swords which was a great setting and saved Ryanair a tidy sum of money in 2014 but not in 2015 as Michael O'Leary thought.
Ryanair's old head office Dublin airport

Protest Videos below outside the RyanairAGM in 2014 at their new office.
2014 was a great year for Ryanairdontcare Campaign. It was the first time a peaceful protest was allowed to take place outside of Ryanair's head office as the AGM took place inside.Ryanair would always use the radisson hotel at Dublin airport and it benefited Ryanair because protests are not allowed in any part of the airport under a by-law.Soon as the airport police are called you have to leave or face arrest, which gives you not even enough time to get your banners out.See the 2010 Ryanair AGM protest at the radisson hotel main entrance below.
So in 2014 outside the new Ryanair AGM in swords the airport by-law could not be used so Ryanair employed many guards to keep Ryanairdontcare Campaign away from the main entrance which failed miserable.See videos above.
Ryanair called the Garda (Irish police) who told them to leave me alone and i could continue my peaceful protest. The BBC twitted our protest that day plus a camera man did a 30 minute interview outside.Ryanair's David Bonderman and Michael O'Leary were not very happy to see this protest being one of the best publicised in recent years.
In 2015 Ryanair decided to change the location of their AGM back to the radisson hotel because of the by-law stopping protests at the airport from taking place, which failed miserable yet again..As i arrived at the AGM around 8,30am on 24th September 2015 i was greeted by a Ryanair manager and Two Ryanair security guards, one of which assaulted me twice before, once being a serious assault which he was never charged with instead i was arrested by the Garda (Irish police) released with no charges two hours later. Video below showing start of protest at Ryanair AGM 2015. Sorry for the bad language but this Ryanair security guard with his mate has assaulted me twice before at Ryanair AGM protests with one being a serious assault.
I was also approached by two Garda detectives (Irish police) and one airport police officer who talked to the Ryanair manager and his security guards and told me they had ask them to stay away from me and i was allowed to continue this peaceful protest outside the Ryanair AGM.It was a total shock that both sets of police agreed to let me continue this protest. You should have seen the face of the Ryanair manager and his security guards.(great sight)..The protest went on for 90 minutes and a share holder came outside to talk with me.He informed me that he had asked a question inside the AGM meeting, why was the very same protester for five years still protesting outside..BLOODY GREAT NEWS,after six years of campaigning in was talked about at the Ryanair AGM.
Two Garda detectives outside Ryanair AGM
Second protest of the day was back at the new Ryanair head office in Swords.I was there for four hours and Michael O'Leary passed by without saying hello..
Ryanair manager greeting me.Decent guy just doing what he is told by Mr O'Leary.
If you know the name of this Ryanair employee below please comment anonymously below.Thank you.

The last 12 months has been a great year for Ryanairdontcare Campaign's blog www.ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.com which has been viewed 1,3 million times
helping young people to see the exploitation involved at Ryanair in their cabin crew recruitment.Ryanair through their shell company Crewlink Ireland have stepped up recruitment days in Europe with 43 taking place in July 2015.I would hope these increased recruitment days are a way in showing cabin crew recruitment levels at Ryanair are down.Campaign and protests will continue Mr O'Leary ''doomed to fail''...

On 20th June 2015 the British Daily Mirror run a story which was a third of a page with the headline Ryanairunfair which was a reference to this blog Ryanairdontcare.
The story was taken from this blog and spun by the Daily Mirror.I talked about this to the Ryanair manager in the video about,he commented that i was doing the work for the paper, any publicity is good publicity Mr O'Leary you know that..

RYANAIR'S DARRELL HUGHES Deputy Director of Personnel is a SCUM BAG.
Darrell Hughes has got blood on his hands regarding the treatment of Ryanair Pilot Mr Paul Ridgard. Hughes 10 years at Ryanair has seen him amused by his humiliating of Ryanair crew for personal satisfaction. Bullying
of others gives him a sense of empowerment. There clearly is a element of
personal satisfaction in his acts of intimidation of those who are powerless in the Ryanair system.

Ryanair being tracked on this blog 32 times since the AGM protest at the Radisson Hotel in Dublin on Thursday 24th September 2015..They are waiting for my report of this protest which was a complete success. The delay in my report is due to family commitments.A full report of this protest will be on this blog in days.
Ryanair Europe's Greatest Exploiter Of Young Cabin Crew.Paying probationary cabin crew £10 a flight.Charging £340 for uniform.Only paid when flight is airborne.Training fee of £2000.Termination rate of 60% of new recruited young probationary cabin crew under a 12 month period..46 recruitment days a month.More Ryanair recruit the more Ryanair terminate.Per hour rate of pay Scam through Shell company Crewlink Ireland earning 100's of millions £...Some of the reason Ryanair don't want unions involved.
Change.org Petitioning of Ryanair has worked.Ryanair to carry AEDs (defibrillators) on all aircraft from November 2015...
Change.org are pleased to confirm that Ryanair has
posted this welcome news in an article on the media section of its own
consumer website.
This important development means that around
100 million passengers per year will now be more 'heart safe' than
before while flying with Ryanair. Given the 60,000+ sudden cardiac
arrests out-of-hospital each year in the UK alone, it is almost certain
that an AED will be deployed on a Ryanair flight at some juncture. If
just one life is saved, then your signature on this petition will have
been worthwhile, so thank you.
While the objective of this
petition will have been achieved once I have seen an AED on a Ryanair
flight, I hope that other airlines who still do not carry an AED will
now act responsibly, follow Ryanair and change their policy. We can all
play our part by challenging them when we catch our flights or make our
bookings.
In a wider context, the responsibility for ensuring
that the number of deaths from sudden cardiac arrest in the UK is
reduced lies with all of us:-
* Government, both central and
local; to ensure that legislation is changed to make the provision of
AEDs mandatory in all public buildings (just like fire safety
equipment);
*Businesses need to take more responsibility for
their staff and customers by training staff in CPR and providing access
to an AED,
*Most importantly, we as private individuals should
all learn how to perform CPR and make sure we know the location of the
nearest AED to our workplace, sports or social club and our home. If an
AED is more than two minutes away from you, it is too far. You can help
to change this by campaigning and helping to raise the funds to obtain
one for your community, workplace or social and sports clubs.
Good luck and thank you!
John said,
Ryanair should have followed Easyjet's example in installing a defibrillators on all of their aircraft before the death of a passenger. This will prove to the public that Ryanair put profit PRIORITY not like Easyjet who put the safety of passengers first. So the next time you book a Low Cost flight follow the airline that puts passenger safety first.

LIAR..Ryanairdontcare Campaign say he is a SCUM BAG.http://www.rte.ie/news/2013/0729/465324-ryanair-pilots-employment-arrangements-criticised/
British Queen's Council Mr Justice Hand said Brookfield Aviation's Commercial manager Declan Dooney is a Liar.Declan Dooney the manager of Brookfield Aviation is the ex-head of
Ryanair HR, Declan Dooney left Ryanair to set up the desired
pilot contract workforce for Ryanair.
Declan Dooney is leaving Brookfield to start work at Ryanair's Shell company Crewlink Ireland who SCAM cabin crew.
With 100's of millions £ profit (which shareholders are not aware of ) each year through per hour rate of pay SCAM Dooney is the right SCUM BAG to continue this SCAM.
With the Ryanair AGM fast approaching Ryanair shareholders need to wake up to the shell companies set up by Ryanair.

Ryanair faces CAA enforcement action for breach of consumer law....
Legal steps to ensure Ryanair changes its policy on paying flight delay compensation • CAA takes enforcement action to ensure UK passengers are protected with essential consumer rights • Latest enforcement phase follows successful CAA action against Jet2, Aer Lingus and Wizz Air
As part of its on-going campaign to safeguard the rights of UK air passengers, the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has launched enforcement action against Ryanair.
This action follows a review by the regulator that found Ryanair is not complying fully with European consumer law designed to support passengers following flight disruption. Ryanair is now required to make policy changes or face the prospect of further enforcement steps leading to court action, if the airline remains non-compliant.
This is the latest phase of enforcement activity following the CAA’s comprehensive six month review of airlines’ policies in relation to the support they offer to disrupted passengers. The review was designed to ensure that airlines comply with the European regulations, as confirmed recently by the UK courts, safeguarding passengers’ rights and providing for compensation as a result of flight disruption. The CAA investigated the largest 15 airlines operating in the UK, representing 80 percent of all passenger traffic and published its first compliance report earlier this year.
In its initial response to the CAA, Ryanair set out how it was dealing with flight delay compensation claims where delays have been caused by a routine technical fault. In addition, the airline confirmed its treatment of claims received from customers dating back up to six years from the disrupted flight.
Following a further review of the information presented to the CAA by Ryanair, as well as additional information provided following formal requests for further information and analysis of passenger complaints data, the CAA has concluded that:
• It is not satisfied that Ryanair is dealing with compensation claims for disruption caused by routine technical faults in line with applicable consumer law – this is despite the UK Court of Appeal (in the case of Jet2.com v Huzar) clarifying how such claims are to be treated and assurances given to the CAA by Ryanair; and,
• Ryanair is attempting to impose a contractual two-year time limit, from the date of the flight, for passengers to issue compensation claims at court – despite previously publicly committing to a six year time limit and in spite of the UK Court of Appeal (Dawson v Thomson Airways) ruling that passengers have up to six years to issue such claims at court.
The CAA is pursuing legal action under Part 8 of the Enterprise Act 2002, mandating Ryanair to change its policies to give its passengers the support and compensation they are entitled to.
Andrew Haines, Chief Executive of the CAA, said: "The law is clear that compensation must be paid if a flight is delayed for more than three hours by a routine technical fault. It is also clear that air passengers have up to six years to issue a compensation claim at court. This position was reaffirmed by the Court of Appeal last year.
"The CAA is committed to protecting the rights of air passengers and we are determined to ensure all airlines comply with this regulation. That is why we are announcing this latest action against Ryanair today as our recent work has shown that they are not complying with this consumer law.
“Our review of airline policies has already led to Jet2, Aer Lingus and Wizz Air changing their position. We will do everything in our power to ensure that passengers are receiving the support they need, and are legally entitled to, during and after disruption.”
The CAA is now completing its second compliance report which is reviewing a further 16 airlines’ policies and which is due to be published by the end of the year. If any of these airlines are found to be in breach of consumer law, the CAA will not hesitate to use its powers to launch further enforcement action to ensure that their passengers receive the legal rights to which they are entitled.
Vomit left by a previous passenger on a Ryanair flight from Gatwick to Dublin on Sunday was not cleaned as cabin crew are giving order's to sell, sell, sell on this very short flight. We can confirm on these 50 minute flights cabin crew must sell drink, snacks and priority given to the Ryanair charity scratch card (which is a scam)..
Cabin crew on this flight are paid £10 from shell companies set up by Ryanair.
BREAKING.Emergency on board a Ryanair aircraft. We confirm Ryanair#FR5842 had pressurisation issue and landed safely at Frankfurt Hahn .No explenation whatsoever for this pressurisation from Ryanair management..How safe are you flying Ryanair.?.???..

The professionalism of pilots and cabin crew are amazing in commercial aviation. The dangers are rare but when they happen lives are at risk and the training involved with crew step forward.Pilots and Cabin Crew put safety of passengers a priority.Just a shame Ryanair's David Bonderman and Michael O'Leary will never appreciate this..
Cabin crew TERMINATED is big profit for Ryanair.
Ryanair cabin crew recruitment has hit a high yet again with hundreds a month being trained through a Ryanair shell company (Crewlink Ireland and Workforce International). This recruitment programme is called ''RECRUITMENT For TERMINATION'' which Ryanair have been involved in since 2004.
Sick days- Lates - No shows generated by RYANAIR to Terminate new recruits.
When recruitment levels are so high as many as 200 will be Terminated by Ryanair a month, the more recruited the more will be Terminated..Many profits are generated by Ryanair.Look at one below..
200 x probationary Ryanair cabin crew Terminated a month.
Average flights of 40 a month = 8,000 flights a month.
Once probationary Ryanair cabin crew are Terminated last months salary plus commission is kept by the Ryanair shell company.
SIMPLY 8,000 FLIGHT A MONTH WORKED BY UN-PAID CABIN CREW...
SIMPLY 96,000 FLIGHTS A YEAR WORKED BY UN-PAID CABIN CREW..
No Flight Salary - No Commissions with on- board sales
''HAPPY FLYING AIRLINE WHO SCAMS YOUNG CABIN CREW''
Ryanair not only scam sick passengers but passengers with children are a massive SCAM generating a higher revenue...
Question) Can Ryanair charge two prices at the same time? My
daughter-in-law is searching for flights, and says: “If you search for
one adult, it’s £149 per person per flight, if you search for one adult
and one child, it’s £174 per person per flight.” Can they do that?
Answer) Ryanair can offer flights at whatever price it
likes. The prospective passenger can decide for themselves if they wish
to take up what is known as the “invitation to treat”, i.e. buy the
flights.
Having said that, I agree it looks absurd at first sight
that adding a child to a booking increases the fare for both passengers -
especially since children now pay £13 less for an economy flight within
Europe from the UK, with under-12s escaping Air Passenger Duty.
I’ve
just made a test booking for a Sunday evening flight from Stansted to
Dublin on Ryanair and have got similar results. The way that airlines price their
flights leads to frequent examples of such anomalies.
For any given flight, an airline seeks to fill as many seats as
possible while extracting the highest fare possible from each passenger.
Over the years, the standard technique of “yield management” has become
established. It works roughly like this. The airline sells a tranche of
seats to early bookers at a low fare - say £49. When they have all been
sold, the price increases by £25. When that lot has also been taken up,
there’s another fare rise, and so on. The airline wants to be in a
position of selling the last few seats at a high fare to passengers who
are desperate to travel.
If Ryanair has only one seat left at the
current price, and you seek to buy two or more, the system will
automatically raise the fare to the next level for everyone. This is in
contrast to other airlines, which will typically average out the fare -
if one is available at £149 and another at £174, it will quote a price
per person of £161.50.
Report by Claudia Pritchard, London..
New Ryanair uniform to be charged to all new recruited probationary
cabin crew at a cost of £360 paid by monthly deduction from their
salary..Nice china quality uniform making Ryanair a great profit whilst
they continue to exploit and pay cabin crew new recruits £10 a flight....
John said, Reports from many cabin crew regarding the quality on latest uniforms, thin cloth cold in winter months, not water proof, buttons falling off and labeling made in china..So i would expect no change there then.Full uniform can be purchased in bulk for less than $100..Minimum order...A profit of £280 on each uniform sold to new recruited cabin crew..
Easyjet has an Automated External Defibrillator and cabin crew trained to use it.. Petitioning Ryanair.... Ensure every flight has an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on board the aircraft and one CPR trained cabin-crew member.Petitioning Ryanair Europe's Lowest Low Cost Cabin Crew Salary payers..
This petition is in response to an article in the Bolton News on 16
June 2015 covering the inquest of Mrs Davina Tavener (47), who died on a
Ryanair flight to Lanzarote in November 2014.
An NHS Consultant who tried to resuscitate Mrs Tavener on the
aircraft was surprised that the aircraft did not carry a heart
defibrillator (AED - Automated External Defibrillator), describing them
as critical to survival in cardiac events.
As you can see below a Jonathan Perry a Ryanair Pilot has made a true comment about Ryanair on this petition.Time for all to boycott this airline and use Easyjet.
No
but you are being very naive. Ryanair don't even pay there staff a full
12 months, enforced unpaid leave despite immense profits, no free water
onboard for crew pay for their own uniforms etc etc. Your sensible and
fair request applies everywhere , except Ryanair land. Sorry, just the
truth.
