RYANAIR DESTRUCTION OF CABIN CREW TEAM WORK CREATES LACK OF AWARENESS IN ON BOARD EMERGENCY

RYANAIR MEMO. EMAIL BELOW SHOWING RYANAIR WANT CABIN CREW TO FIGHT FOR ON BOARD SALES. DESTRUCTION OF TEAM WORK PREVOKES LACK OF AWARENESS ON BOARD IN CASE OF EMERGENCY..."PRIORITY SALES NOT SAFETY" Here you can see a threatening MEMO from a Ryanair base supervisor. People received letters like this to scare people. The pourpose of this letter is to avoid people marking items sold in other colleague's names to encourage people fighting for selling and get more commissions on board. This strategy has been used already for 2 years and even colleagues they cheat to take advantage of putting more sold items on the personal devices. It is a clear sign of destruction of team work which is an important factor when working in a aircraft environment by the mood of the cabin crew should not be angry about what you sell or if the colleague has sold more than others. That provokes a lack of situational awareness in case of an emergency or any problem may arise. Best Regards, ......... .........

RYANAIR CABIN CREW MEMO.

SHOCKING RYANAIR MEMO TO CABIN CREW. Ryanair Cabin Crew Said, Ryanair give cabin crew 50 low quality napkins a day to use during the bar service to passengers on board. One aircraft can do up to 8 flights a day with over 1000 passengers in summer months.Once we finish giving out those napkins we have to resort to using TOILET paper ,which is kept inside the aircraft lavatories.Ryanair sent all cabin crew a memo asking us to use less Toilet paper to save money even though Ryanair made €1.3 Billion profit in 2016. John said, Not only does this show how cheap and cost cutting Ryanair are but the fact that passengers that order food and drinks on board are given toilet paper from public lavatories on board. Remember next time your on board a Ryanair flight "Think before you buy any drinks or food"...

WHY RYANAIRDONTCARE CAMPAIGN WAS SET UP.

Ryanairdontcare Campaign was set up by a father of four from Liverpool, after his 18 year old daughter as probationary cabin crew was exploited by Ryanair/Crewlink in 2008. WHY DID RYANAIRDONTCARE CAMPAIGN SET UP A CAMPAIGN OF PROTEST AGAINST EUROPE'S GREATEST EXPLOITERS OF YOUNG CABIN CREW. John Foley ...Ryanair give our Child a fair chance to become Cabin Crew............ My 18 year old daughter Sarah who has always wanted to become cabin crew from a small age. She finished her studies and passed her exams with 3 A levels.I thought she was going to university but one day she informed me and her mun that she had applied to a company called StJames Management (scammer) http://stjames.gb.com/ryanair/ to become cabin crew at Ryanair.A deposit was paid and training took place for 6 weeks in Bishop Stortford..After the 6 week period Sarah had passed all exams and was now a qualified cabin crew...This was a very exiting time for Sarah who at 18 had taken her own decision to start working. We were and still are very proud of Sarah. She was given a contract by Crewlink (scammer 2) http://www.crewlink.ie/ and was based in Dublin. This was very hard for her parents as she was still very young and was moving to Ireland..At first Sarah thought maybe she would be given Liverpool John Lennon as Ryanair were based there and she lived there. (Ryanair try to base young students away from their home easier to scam). Off she went to Dublin working as she thought for Ryanair on their aircraft...After a 7 week period Sarah was called into head office in Dublin with 20 others..They were all Terminated and the reason was The Recession..This was a very hard time for Sarah and she was alone in Dublin by this time and cryed for days..Ryanair refused to give her a flight back home to UK after Termination even though a free flight was given when Sarah started working at Ryanair..Sarah was told by a Ryanair supervisor,;;YOU DO NOT WORK FOR US ANYMORE,so no flight home....An 18 year old Scouse girl had seen through this scam and after being refused a flight home had told Ryanair supervisors never to forget her name ''FOLEY''. how true was these words...) Sarah did not know how to explain what had happened to her .After 5 days she contacted me in Liverpool.I took a ferry to Dublin to pick her up with all her belongings and on the ferry back home Sarah said ,Dad i think i have been scammed. I said, do not be silly a big company like Ryanair don't act in that way (how wrong i was) .Then Sarah told me the day before her Termination a Ryanair supervisor had asked Sarah to resign if she was home sick....After reading her contract a fee of 200 Euro must be paid if you resign..The alarm bells started to ring..... Total family investment for training, accommodation whilst training, apartment deposit in Dublin and last months salary, kept by Ryanair over £5,000....Loosing this Money is not important, what is important is the damage to my child by Ryanair..... As a few weeks went by i found out that Sarah was not alone http://blogs.mirror.co.uk/investigations/2008/09/ryanair-cabin-crew-left-in-tea.html a report a few months before from the Mirror had run a story..Ryanairdontcare Campaign was set up and many other Terminated students contacted me and the same pattern was unfolding...Ryanair had set up some recruitment companies and agents to recruit, train and scam our children.....Crewlink,StJames Management,Dalmac and Cavok are all used to scam young students....... 16th December 2008 was my first move in my protests which are in its 4 year this year. This first protest was as St James Management recruitment day for cabin crew at Stansted Radisson hotel were i went dresses as Santa and gain access to the room were 70 students were getting talked to by Ryanair..Live the high Life and all that Bull.... I started to give students a leaflet of what happened only a few months ago in this very same room to which the staff snatched these leaflets off the students,so i started to shout out all about the scam.Police were called,Ryanair always call the police on me as they want to get rid of me and keep me away from the students so they can continue to scam... I felt so sad whilst i was in this room for two reasons, one my child had be recruited and scammed from this very same room and most of these young students in front of me were being groomed to be scammed. Protests continued through 2009 and 2010 i was charged and found guilty with harassment of a JOHN MUDGE who has StJames Management in his name and he was the start of the scam.... Many letters were sent to the authorities in 2009 and even a personal visit with a Polish student who was scammed.,to Government in London. No one wanted to listen and help other students who were still getting scammed by Ryanair...Roof protests started to high light these issues and let other young people know to stay away from Europe's Greatest Scammers of Young People ''RYANAIR' In 2011 Michael O'Leary had agreed after one year of asking and a protest at his mansion house in Ireland,to meet me which took place April 2011 in Dublin...I told him and his 3 other SCAM helpers at this meeting, how he had abused and scammed my child...Face to Face...O'leary himself expected me to kick off to which he was sadly surprised as i kept carm and direct..Ryanair supervisor and Management put in place reasons for Sarah'sTermination as a direct result of Ryanairdontcare Campaign being formed in 2008 to cover her Termination in 2008.Ryanair scammers say, Sarah had 9 employment issues in 7 weeks of work..Ryanair Supervisors own emails which were passed to me have 4 and 5 issues...Michael O'Leary himself changed the number of issues in correspondences to me also...This shows how deceitful Ryanair are but also shows how they can slip up....I have the paper evidence to which i put twice to the Irish government in 2011,to which i am still waiting for a reply. We say we would do anything if our children were hurt..''TALK the TALK'' ''WALK the WALK i am walking all the way.....I will go 'all the way'' if needed not only for my own daughter but to stop other young students going through what my child went through.....Protests to continue until the Government UK and Ireland look as Recruitment,Employment and Termination at Ryanair...An Independent Investigation is needed and it was needed 3 years ago.....Many more young students lives are wrecked each week by Ryanair for profit....Millions made on exploitation of their crew at Ryanair and it must stop......I call on the public to ask, why are flights sometimes cheap, they exploit young probationary cabin crew, think of this the next time your booking a flight with Ryanair.

What it's REALLY like to work for Ryanair: Staff threatened with punishments if they miss sales targets, work for meagre salaries and pay £300 for their own uniforms Mirror investigation uncovers the astonishing details of the tactics it uses to squeeze more from not only its passengers but its staff too. It likes to be called the ‘world’s favourite airline’ but now thanks to unprecedented cancellations, not forgetting its notorious hidden costs, Ryanair has taken the phrase ‘no frills’ to unprecedented heights. Yesterday we revealed how hundreds of disillusioned crew are seeking new jobs with rival airlines - no longer able to put up with the poor pay and conditions. Now an investigation by the Daily Mirror can expose the astonishing details of the tactics the company uses to squeeze more pounds and euros not only from its no-frills passengers but its staff too. From cabin crew threatened with punishments if sales targets on board are not met, pilots under pressure to fly when sick or lose pay and toilet planes only cleaned after EIGHT flights, here Ryanair staff reveal what it is really like to work for Europe’s most infamous budget airline. AND you thought it was just the passengers... Cabin crew Cabin crew are forced to use pushy sales techniques on flights to meet targets - or face disciplinary action. Staff are threatened with punishments, such as being moved to different bases if targets are not met, which the company has turned into an incentive to boost meagre salaries. A Ryanair cabin crew member said: “We have targets to reach every day, which include duty free, scratch cards and food. At the end of duty, if we didn’t sell enough, we have to explain the reasons to our supervisor. “When you are bottom of the monthly sales chart you receive a letter asking you to improve your performance or they will reconsider your position. “Cabin staff are always afraid they will be demoted. Fatigue and stress gives way to rudeness, arrogance and as consequence, conflict.” In a recent memo seen by the Mirror, all crew were ordered they “must sell everyday: one perfume, one meal deal and one item of fresh food and eight scratch cards per crew member.” It warned “the above sales will be closely monitored” and those “not reaching their targets daily will be met with by their supervisor and further action taken.” Another memo to staff based in Barcelona - ranked bottom for on board sales - threatened to move “crew members who were consistently under performing”. The hard-nosed sales tactics are also laid out in a 46-page guide to working at the airline. It sets out how cabin crew “drive Ryanair’s on board sales” to boost “their monthly sales bonus” but also “as it’s an important revenue stream for the company.” It reads: “Sales bonus is calculated on a flight-by-flight basis which is calculated as 10% of on board sales.” But it later explains how disciplinary procedures will occur for “poor on board sales performance.” Hostesses face disciplinary action if they don't meet their sale targets (Image: Alamy)READ MOREHen do 'ruined' after Ryanair cancels flight for bride-to-be and 21 friendsPay and conditions As many as 50 per cent of the airline's pilots and cabin crew staff are employed via agencies on zero-hour contracts. Flight crew must also pay £300 for their own uniform and that’s after many have paid nearly £2,000 for a six-week training course and accommodation in Germany - rising to £30,000 for pilots. A pilot explained: “The starting salary is very low in comparison to other airlines and is topped up by pay for flying hours. “This is a safety issue because if you are a captain or a first officer self-employed or on a zero hours contract, it encourages you to go work when you are ill as you need to get paid. “Nothing is free. We pay for our own uniforms and have to bring our own food and water on flights. You could be stuck on a plane for hours without access to anything. At rival airlines it is a different story. A Virgin Atlantic pilot who joined from Flybe told us: “We only contracted to work 750 hours a year in comparison to 900 [check] at Ryanair so if overtime is needed, we are in a position to do it. “We get free car parking, uniform, private healthcare and pension. We also have a crew cart on board with drinks and meals, as much water as we like and anything leftover from the passenger carts. Although the salary was lower at Flybe, we still got all the basics.” Cancellations Last week 20,000 Ryanair passengers had their flights cancelled due to a strike by French air-traffic controllers, including bride-to-be Leanne Wall, 34, from Liverpool, jetting of with 21 mates for her hen do in Ibiza. Although the flights were axed after controllers walked out in a protest over new labour laws, a Ryanair insider claims the airline will use the scenario to cover-up technical problems to avoid paying out thousands of pounds to passengers in compensation for a cancelled flight - something Easyjet was also accused of last month. The pilot told us: “The French strike was very convenient. Yes, French air space was closed but flights were cancelled from Athens to Rome for example which goes nowhere near there. “They blame it on the weather or say ‘reasons beyond out of our control’. And because of that people think they can’t claim. “Each cancellation can cost the airline up to 77,000 euros per flight.” But the airline's scratch cards don't offer enticing odds, with your chances estimated to be 1/1.bn(Image: PA)READ MOREHow furious Ryanair customers are getting around airline's public Facebook comments ban to vent their anger over flight cancellationsPassengers The company has attracted particular criticism for its draconian policy on the size of hand baggage and the high fees it charges if bags are judged too big to take on board. Now it can be revealed the airline made almost £1.5bn last year through these ‘hidden charges’ - more than any other budget airline outside of the United States. Each passenger is charged on average £12 extra for excess luggage, payment with credit cards, travel insurance and in-flight food and drink, according to a study by travel consultancy Ideaworks. “Fly To Win”, Ryanair’s scratch card game charges players €2 for a chance to win a €1m jackpot. But the heavily stacked odds are 26 times higher than your chances of winning the National Lottery - thanks to a bizarre clause buried in the small print. Only one passenger who has purchased a ‘Yes’ scratchcard is pulled out of the hat for a chance to scoop the top prize. They are then invited to a room where 125 envelopes are laid out with only ONE containing the €1m prize - despite making €18m from the scheme. The chance of winning the jackpot, the equivalent of £893,135, is estimated to be 1/1.1bn - based on the claims of a former cabin crew member who said approximately 15 tickets were sold on each flight. Pilots Being a pilot used to be a glamorous and well paid career but not if you working for Ryanair. According to the crew who’ve broken rank to speak to us this is far from truth. “Don’t wash your dirty linen in public” is the motto we are supposed to obey but after they way we have all been treated, enough is enough,” a British pilot who has flown with the airline for six years said. “We’ve been offered £12,000 extra to work help dissolve the cancellation chaos but the truth of is most of us can’t or won’t take it. The good will has dried up. “140 pilots joined Norwegian Air last year and EasyJet are recruiting from Ryanair too. Their contracts are much better. “It is not uncommon to carry out 12 hours of duty but only have flown for six hours. But you are only paid for the time in the air. “If you are on a basic salary you rely on the flight hours on top which pay an average £40 a hour. “This might sound generous but most have had to fork out £30,000 to the firm to start with and there are no perks. Easyjet pays £20,000 a year more for a captain.” Hygiene Pilots too say that their control decks are not cleaned regularly In May the Irish firm announced an annual profit of £1.1bn after flying 11.8 million passengers on over 600,000 flights. But the length Ryanair goes to bring in those extraordinary figures - and that legendary 25 minute turnaround - are down to some serious cost-cutting staff say. “The company scrimps and saves so much that they do not even clean the flight decks,” a pilot told the Daily Mirror. “This has obvious safety implications as if one of the pilots was to get food poisoning then there would be serious issues for the flight. "We are expected to spend up to 12 hours a day in these conditions. http://www.mirror.co.uk/money/what-its-really-like-work-11209793

RYANAIR ON BOARD SALES PRIORITY NOT SAFETY...

Ryanair memo clearly shows sales are priority on board a Ryanair flight NOT safety. Email below sent to Ryanairdontcare Campaign. .... And here again another MEMO, As usual, only talking about sales, disregarding safety at all times. This memo focuses the role of a cabin crew (which is mainly for safety and security) to a seller. Specially during boarding, cabin crew should be aware of any sign that could cause an emergency and make the cabin safe to take off. Cabin crew are not meant to be taking orders of what passengers will eat or drink as this is a duty that should be done during cruise. Again, cabin are forced to sell and try to get any cent of the passengers at any time possible. If your need further information please let me know. Best Regards, ex-Ryanair worker

RYANAIR PILOT LEAVING IN MASS..MICHAEL O'LEARY €72 MILLIONS SHARE SOLD..RYANAIR BULLYING -STEALING AND CONTRIBUTED IN PILOT DEATH.

Ryanair's CEO Scum Bag Michael O'leary today continued to sell the lie to 400,000 passengers saying cancellation relate to pilot holidays and no overall shortage of pilots. Norwegian Airline is recruiting pilots in mass and many of them come from Ryanair. 140 Ryanair pilots so far this year have left to switch to Norwegian.Other European airlines are taking the same lead with Ryanair Pilots their first choice. Ryanair pilots like other pilots from other airlines are very professional in their duty, even though many have been tricked through self employed agencies set up by Ryanair. Hourly rate of pay claimed by these agencies for pilots salary from Ryanair have a 50% shortfall, earning Ryanair's senior board members multi €millions each month. The very same hourly rate of pay and 50% shortfall claimed by cabin crew agencies for cabin crew salary is profitable in the very same manner.Ryanair introduce VPOS paying system last year which tracks on board sales of each cabin crew on each flight. What Ryanair have been doing is chipping at the 10% commission earned by cabin crew and keeping it for themselves.Ryanair cabin crew have informed Ryanairdontcare Campaign the money stolen from cabin crew each month ranges from €20 to €50.There are 6000 cabin crew at Ryanair making €millions each year through stealing. Many cabin crew keep their own account on their sales but never get a % sales breakdown from Ryanair. They are scared to complain through fear of Termination and Irish contracts protect that fear. NOT ANY MORE. The ruling by the European Court of Justice regarding cabin crew disputes relating to their Irish employment contracts, now they have the option of bringing proceedings before the courts of the place where they perform the essential part of their cabin crew duties and not Dublin. The vast majority of terminated cabin crew are young and a trip to Dublin to fight these wrongful terminations can be expensive and a daunting task.Ryanair will have no choice but to fight cabin crew terminations in every country it has cabin crew, which is great news and WILL reduce wrongful termination (Recruitment for Termination ). Not only are pilots in large numbers leaving Ryanair, cabin crew are following suit.Read below what a Ryanair pilot told BBC. "One anonymous Ryanair pilot has told the BBC that the leave issue is a red herring and that the root cause of the problem is that too many pilots are leaving Ryanair and the company is struggling to train up new crew." Ryanair's Michael O'Leary sold four million Ryanair shares weeks ago earning him €72 million, knowing pilots had started leaving in high numbers and would effect the Ryanair share price. As of today €2 Billion has been wiped off Ryanair shares, which Ryanairdontcare Campaign predicted. Statement below from Irish Pilot Unions confirms what going on. https://www.irishtimes.com/news/ireland/irish-news/over-700-pilots-left-ryanair-in-last-financial-year-ialpa-claims-1.3225145?mode=amp John said, Today is a great day in which Ryanair Pilots have taking action against a bully, thief and a company that contributed in the death of one of their own,Liverpool Ryanair Pilot Mr Paul Ridgard....

The ruling by the European Court of Justice regarding crew disputes relating to their employment contracts, have the option of bringing proceedings before the courts of the place where they perform the essential part of their duties. RYANAIR CABIN CREW VPOS DEVICES FRAUD BY RYANAIR.

Ryanair late 2016 introduced the new VPOS devices with the Lie promise of better sales bonus on all items sold by cabin crew on board. What Ryanair don't tell you is mistakes with this new VPOS device by cabin crew will be treated as FRAUD and gross misconduct which ends with Termination. The sales commission records produced by these new devices are flawed creating even more profit for Ryanair and lost money out of cabin crew salary. THE IS FRAUD... You can see the threats from the Ryanair memo below.

RYANAIR CABIN CREW SPEAKS TRUTH..

Good morning. I'm a Ryanair cabin crew but i have to remain anonymus for my own protection. I worked for this airline for quite some time now, i'm based in Italy and i believe it's time to talk about our working conditions. We can't contact unions and this point is stated in our contract but we would like to use the opportuniy that you offered us to give you some information about our company. In these years I've read many articles on magazines and newspapers about Ryanair but often they are inaccurate. There's only one information that came out frequently and it's truthful: Ryanair disrespect employees. As I mentioned before, we are not allowed to spread information about our company nor to contact the union. "Don't wash your dirty linen in public" is the motto. If you fail to comply with this rule you face dismissal for gross misconduct. As a consequence you feel solitude and fear. Ryanair was never open to exchange of views, negotiations and debates. When we had the chance to speak with managers, we never felt understanding from them. The only offer that we always receive is to resign if we don't like something and our dignity and professionalism are affected by. For Ryanair we are a staff number and a crew code; nobody keeps you here if you are unhappy, even though you are a great cabin crew. The company policy is to earn the most saving the most. If one leaves, another two will be hired paying the training (about 2000 euro and you get back 1200 euro if you stay for at least 1 year). Our misery is basically part of their business. Colleagues are often the only way to vent, even if the reign of terror established by the Company sometimes "kills" the relationships and the trust which are normally building up in a working place. This because Ryanair push us to report each other. In my opinion this is a very dangerous system, as it can be used against weakest people. It produces discontent, hard feelings and hate, it encourages individualism and it produces stress. Another issue that we have to face is the strong pressure that the Company puts on us, for example with the on-board sales, considered by Ryanair as a very important part of their business strategy, and basically our main duty. We have targets to reach every day, which include duty free products, scratch cards, from few weeks food and in the large an average spend. At the end of the duty we face a debriefing. If we didn't sell enough we have to explain the reasons to our supervisor, which usually disregard the amount of stress which faced the crew in the ten or even twelve hours of duty. When you are at the bottom of the monthly sales chart, you receive a letter where they ask you to improve your performances or they will reconsider your position. Fear affect mainly the cabin service supervisors, always afraid to be demoted or called for explanations by the managers. They go to work worried and they make junior's working day (cabin service agents) a nightmare. Their only thought is to indulge Company's requests and to avoid bad reports from mistery passenger. Their aim is to sell, sell sell and it doesn't matter if the crew had 5 minutes during the ten hours of duty for a refreshment. Fatigue and stress give rise to rudeness, arrogance, presumption and, as a consequence, conflicts. The crew should behave like a team and should always be ready to react to any problem which could arise on board, main role of the cabin crews. This modus operandi produces discord, anger, anxiety. The opposite of what we need to work. Ryanair, like many other companies, uses mystery passengers to check crew performances on board but what it may looks like a normal instrument of surveillance, in this airline becomes an instrument of punishment and psychological torture. The mystery passenger in Ryanair is a simple cabin crew, a colleague named by the company without any kind of different training, whose assignment is to check how much and in which way the crew is selling things on board. They are not interested in safety procedure and they are required to point mainly to the negative aspects of crew performances. Probably our managers forgot the foundation of business economics: workforce is one of the fundamentals of a successful firm. Unhappy employees lead to low productivity and unhappy customers. Unhappy customers lead to loss of earnings. For new cabin crew, hired after 2011, the situation is even worst. In general, you start your career in Ryanair signing a contract with an agency and you are paid for every hour of flight; you don't get any basic salary. Since 2012, social insurance has to be paid in the country where we are based. In Italy we pay contributions to INPS; part is on us and part is on the Company. This amount of money is higher than what we used to pay in Ireland, so Ryanair offered a lower contract (12% less) to new cabin crew, in order to cover the loss. We all do the same job, but new hired earn much less. During a meeting, this situation was brought to the attention of a manager. He answered that we are happy the way it is, otherwise many of us would have already resigned. And so no pay increase was given. Probably, if 40 people would leave tomorrow, he would say that unhappy crew left the Company, so still no pay increase required. In Ryanair, you are allowed to be sick but the Company won't be happy about it. Flu or strong cold are not enough to call sick. If you get sick 3 times in 6 months you have to face a meeting, even if your illness is certified by a doctor. To avoid problems, many colleagues are coming to work sick. When you are sick you have to call crew control and tell them exactly which symptoms and disease you have. The same day you have to fill in a self certificate, writing once again about your sickness in details, and fax it to some offices in Dublin. There's no department which take care of this private things and you never know who's going to read it. One year and half ago we were asked to vote for a four years agreement, a pay deal. The main points were new roster and pay increase. I remember some articles on the newspapers stating that the Company found an agreement, which satisfied both parts, even if there are no Unions supporting cabin crew. False. In that circumstance there wasn't any negotiation. They asked for proposals to all the bases but they never considered our requests. They gave us two choices: same roster (5-2 5-3) and pay increase or new roster (6-2 6-3), more tiring, and no pay increase. Basically, they gave us one choice. In order to address the lack of Union, the management established the role of ERC, to represent the cabin crew. When a situation arise, we can talk to them and they report directly to Dublin. Even in this case there a big issue: Ryanair isn't open to listen and negotiate. What is more representatives are mainly cabin crew, working with the same shifts as everyone else. They conduct this extra duty in their free time. A real Union would be a great help in dealing with all the problems that we have in Ryanair. It would bring a better communication with the management and between bases. It would help us when there's a new law, in Italy on in Europe, when the Company leave us alone. It would make us feel more respected and protected. We urgently need a collective labour agreement which includes minimum salary, fair duties, equal treatment for cabin crew in Europe. Our needs are as important as Company needs. We are not asking for inopportune benefits or salaries. We only ask for rules which give us the opportunity to work peacefully. We would need an Italian contract, to have finally a clear idea about our rights and duties for fiscal and legislative aspects. Too many times we are confused about which law applies, if Irish or Italian, and nobody is able to clarify it. We ask, to union and istitutions: • the draft, in a reasonably short time, of a European collective labour agreement for our profession • associations, with the aim to verify the procedure of an airline, which gives same importance to employer and employees • reasonable duty time, considering the working place, the working hours, the effect of this profession on the body and the importance of the rest between duties • clarification of "rest time" to avoid to receive phone calls from the Company between two shifts • clarification about methods used to select new hired and to choose employee for an advancement Thank you for reading. Have a nice day Ryanair cabin crew John say, A big thank you to this Ryanair cabin crew member. This reports comes from a cabin crew member who has a Ryanair contract.Only around 1000 to 12000 have a Ryanair contract, which if this is not bad enough,4000 cabin crew at Ryanair are contracted through third party Crewlink Ireland Ltd set up by Ryanair and Workforce International. These 4000 are exploited at every level in their work place with depression why could lead to suicide. Ryanair management are SCUM and they are good at their game.Safety of passengers and health of crew is not a priority, PROFIT IS..Ask yourself are you happy, as the paying public to continue using Ryanair knowing they treat their cabin crew so bad. YOU STILL WANT TO FLY WITH THEM. ......

RYANAIR CABIN CREW TRAINING STUDENT IN HAHN GERMANY.THIS IS A SCAM.

ONE OF THE CHIEF EXPLOITERS JUDY BYRNE CREWLINK ADDRESS,Laragh,Cliff Road,Windgates.Bray,Co Wicklow.
Frank Whelan and Judy Byrne have been used by Ryanair since 2004 as one of two companies (Dalmac in Rush being the second ) to recruit young want to be cabin crew from all parts of Europe. They set up a second company called Crewlink Ireland Ltd in 2008 Southern Cross Business Park in Bray, Co Wicklow. What they don't tell you is that their recruitment set up is not all it seems. With priority being RECRUITMENT for TERMINATION as a way in generation £Millions each year with no blame landing at Ryanair's door.
For many years now this blog has exposed this scam, you can see three of many blog posts below. http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/ryanair-mobsters.html http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/ryanair-stjames-management.html http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/ryanair-crewlink-recruitment.html In 2012 Ryanair/Crewlink would hold on average 15 recruitment days a month. In 2017 the average recruitment days are 40. To put this in context, EASYJET held 6 cabin crew recruitment days in 2016. The more cabin crew Ryanair/Crewlink recruit the more cabin crew Terminated. The photo below is my first protest in 2009 against a recruiter in UK set up by Ryanair/Crewlink called St James Management..St James Management were heavily involved with Ryanair/Crewlink in Scamming my 18 year old daughter Sarah. In 2014 after scamming so many young people for Ryanair/Crewlink, St James Management closed down.I do believe the pressure and protests i did was a factor. http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/ryanair-stjames-management.html
The profits generated through exploitation of cabin crew run into the £millions and the Irish Government employment section is FULLY aware of this practice and does nothing.
The comments below have just been sent to this blog regarding the Ryanair/Crewlink training set up in Hahn Germany. The student has asked me to publish their comments as a way in helping other young people wishing to become cabin crew, to stay clear of Ryanair. STUDENT TAKING RYANAIR CABIN CREW TRAINING COURSE SAID,,,, Hi!! I'm currently in HAHN GERMANY for RYANAIR TRAINING COURSE. BEING RIPPED CLEAN OFF. I HOPE YOU CAN SHARE MY STORY TO STOP THIS AIRLINE EXPANDING RECRUITS!!!! If there is also any contacts or information or help/advice to gain any reimbursement of the awfulness I have been through please help! Basically It's all a scam. I don't like the company it's a rip off. My hotel won't refund me. In the interview and on my training agreement we were advised that the registration fee would cover airport ID ETC. Well I arrived in Hahn they wanted another 50 for the ID when the registration was supposed to cover this. They advised in interview they will help with Irish bank account changes and give us a accomodation pack and letting agencies for base. When we got there they basically said "we don't deal with you once you leave Hahn regarding base information it'll be yourselves" first day Adam from crewlink spoke to everyone like a piece of shit. 250 registration fee was supposed to cover airport ID. To top it off they wouldn't accept my reference as the signature on it was printed and not in pen. THEN they said I needed new shoes just for the course! The course alone was 3000! I flew over from edinbrugh baring in mine I live in Newcastle so had to drive and stay over night before hand. Fly from Edinburgh to Düsseldorf in Germany, then another flight to Thessaloniki in GREECE then back into Hahn. 3 flights in 1 day!! Flew me into Germany then back out again as there was no direct flight into Hahn from Düsseldorf!!! I've found direct flights for 104£ from Edinburgh to Hahn and they made us travel and sit on airports for over 12 hours when a direct flight takes 1 hour 30 mins. On arrival the accommodation was awful I took it upon my self to get my own accommodation called HOTEL BAJAZZO who made me transfer 200€ via bank transfer on FACEBOOK to secure the room when in fact I found out that this hotel DO NOT take payments to secure any rooms at all. Then 500€ on arrival. €700 in total. Ryanair keep asking for additional costs and Ive payed 700 for 4 days as I am leaving because of the way I was treat. The woman at hotel only agrees to give me a 50 deposit I paid back, the police advised me to get a lawyer once back in Newcastle to try FIGHT for MY MONEY!!! After I've spent over 1500 just getting here!!! Now I had to pay my own flight home. CREWLINK couldn't even help with me printing a study pack off email and advised me to find an Internet cafe to print as the library couldn't print it for me as it's needed on the first day, this is NOT AMERICA. We do not have Internet cafes in U.K.! They demanded this printed for the training. Most people turned up unorganised to start with. Once deciding I'm leaving crewlink advised they cannot tell me if there was any flights home and couldn't reimburse a cost for flight neither my registration fee! Advised me to just look on the Ryanair website and book myself. I have been totally ripped off and disgusted with Ryanair. Crewlink and Hotel Bajazzo. Me and my family are not leaving this here. Thank you for your response. Hope to hear soon. JOHN SAID, I wish to say a big thank you to this student for telling their true story of training as cabin crew at Ryanair training camp in Hahn Germany.

RYANAIR CREWLINK CABIN CREW STORY.EXPLOITATION SOCIAL DUMPING SAFETY ''NOT PRIORITY''..Please Share this post.Europe's worst airline RYANAIR..

The report below came to Ryanairdontcare Campaign from a former cabin crew at Ryanair. We must confirm Ryanair own Crewlink Ireland Ltd which was set up to exploit young people all over Europe with no blame landing at Ryanair,s door.Crewlink was set up in 2004 and the idea of Texas Billionaire,Ryanair chief David Bonderman. Bondo to his friends ,had worked with the attorney generals office in Civil Rights in the USA and is guilty of the exploitation and social dumping of 10,000,s of young people all over Europe for Profit. This blog was involved in this story below showing the wealth of this man Bondo. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2396285/Ryanair-Bonuses-catching-excess-baggage-pushing-e-cigarettes.html
This blog also exposed the Ryanair on board charity scratch card scam. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/ryanair-plane-unfair-charity-lotto-5920749
In 2008 the company name was changed to Crewlink Ireland Ltd with current directors Frank Whelan and Judy Byrne in Dublin. Crewlink Ireland Ltd is one of two companies used to exploit these cabin crew with Dalmac /Workforce International being the other. The article below comes from a former Ryanair cabin crew member who worked at Ryanair for four years. The aviation authorities know what Ryanair are doing and for years have been looking the other way. Profit being a priority one could say. Dear Sir/Madam, I just recently found out your web site in which you are pointing several issues about Ryanair. I would like to inform you about how the company is running now, which is it extremely dissapointing from a motivated worker's point of view. I have worked in Ryanair for 4 years. I no longer work for them. I will tell you all my problems during I was working for this company. 0-12 months I was contracted by Crewlink Ltd Ireland (which anyway it is a company created by Ryanair). This agency is the most disorganized and cheating company I have ever worked with. During this first year I realized that my payments of the social welfare were delayed over one month. During the first month of unemployment I was not covered by any social insurance even though I got deducted from my salary the correspondent percentage according to the social insurance. The contracts with Ryanair work in this way: You work on Irish law, with Irish conditions, but the social insurance MUST be paid to the country in which the worker is based or generally operating. This is to comply with the EU regulation 465/12. During my employment with Crewlink the first year I have been addressed so many problems with them that I will list them: - Problems to open a bank account in which I MUST open an Irish bank account, no other nationality is allowed (unless working in the UK) - Forcing us to open the bank account in Ireland, offering a flight (after pressuring them for 2 months ) in your days OFF. - Not being eligible to get unemployment benefits on your unpaid leave, as for other countries this does not apply (only Ireland recognize this kind of leave) 12-28 months I got granted a transfer to Greece. Crewlink did not did its job in this country. We were deducted our percentage of salary for the social welfare in Greece, however in the national offices of employment they did not have any record of the employees whatsoever. We had to pay our doctors and medicaments in full as we were not recognized by Greece as workers. Basically, Crewlink was holding the money without fixing any problem with the Greek government. in this case, Crewlink was doing a clearly social dumping. The staff in Greece advised million times Crewlink of the situation. They were careless. People needed to go to the doctor and no one paid any single payment for the visits in order to have a health assistant. 16.5% of the salary was deducted to give to the Greek government. After 1.5 years fighting with them, threatening Crewlink and reporting them, an inspection in the crew room took place. The company got a fine (apparently) of 10000 euros per worker not declared. After 1 month, all the overdue payments were recognized in the country. Although having a fine of 10000 euros per worker seems a lot, it is not. We were about 50 workers in irregular situation, so that means that the fine was around half a million of euros. Considering that the company does a profit of 1000 euros per annum, 0.5 of a fine represents only a 0.5% of loss, which is not that important. 29 months till the end of the employment This last period in my career in a Ryanair aircraft was really confusing. The company entered in a constant threatening and bullying system towards the employees. As part of your main role as cabin crew (safety and security), sales are an important factor for Ryanair. We used to have an electronic machine to record the sales made on board (the machine was called EPOS). In the past, all the sales made in the EPOS were subject to a commission which was a 10% of the total sold , divided into 4 (the crew members on board). This thing changed on this year. They introduced a new system to record the sales made on-board. It is like a mobile phone. Each crew member receives one. You need to charge it every day. If you get it stolen, you pay it (unless you report this in a police station). If you lose it, you pay it. If you break it, you pay it... All of these, for 400 euros deducted from your salary. By the time this new "machine" arrived to our hands, the system of commissions changed. All you put through your machine is what you are gonna receive at the end of the month (10% of the total sold). So that means, if you put 500 euros you will get 50 euros of commissions. This new system has created hatred, greedy, lack of team work and people fighting to sell for a bunch of euros at the end of the month. This of course, provoked for the low salaries received from the company. Another issue in this last part of my employment was the NO RESPECT of your resting periods. After a flight, you need to have 12h30m of rest and Operations control should not interrupt this period. I lost the count for how many times they called me before my 12h30m of rest, changing me duties at all times. AS well, people are asked to work on the day OFF, with no extra payment and no other benefit back. Not even taxi paid if needed. This practice has been taking in all of the network. The problem is that people accept to work on their days off and the company are taking advantage of this situation . This provokes again a cut in our worker's rights. Since I joined the company, the lack of knowledge of safety has been remarkable. I have seen people totally paralyzed in medical emergencies for not knowing what to do. People not answering the question of how to use of a Halon (Fire extinguisher), people sleeping in the galleys and getting called via the interphone and not answering, people skipping safety procedures at all times, playing on the phone on taking-off and landings (which is strictly forbidden), etc... The new standards to enter in the company have been lowered to a really minimum. The level of English is practically inexistent. There is no psychological test (some people are clearly mentally disordered/ socially misfit). There are so many breaches in the company that I cannot really think about all of them. I just wanted to make you this clear and if you want you can expose this in your web page. Make this known! As I think all people should know that when they are paying a 10 euro ticket, they are paying "slavery" and really bad conditions for workers. If you need to make more questions, please feel free. A ex-Ryanair worker John said, Memo with this article below which will be covered in the next post.A big thank you to this ex-Ryanair cabin crew member for telling their story and I would hope many will Boycott Europe's worst airline, either as an employee or customer. Report has been sent to the Civil Aviation Authority.

CREWLINK IRELAND CABIN CREW TRAINING IN UK.. "No Thanks"...

Over the last month Ryanairdontcare Campaign have been contacted by a few young people wishing to join Ryanair. They have contacted our campaign for information regarding Crewlink Ireland Ltd (who Ryanair set up).. Hi John, "Since going to the interview back in December 2016 for crewlink. I am shocked after coming across John's blog, it's makes sence to me now why do crewlink recruit all the time because they get paid to do it and people leave the airline as apprently their is a high drop out rate. Lying to recruit people to be cabin crew, also how crewlink / Dalmac take your last month's wages once you're terminated (disgusting) & How much money they take from people week after week with the assessment days all they are thinking of is profit not the people who work for the airline and their best interests. it's shocking and disgraceful. I certainly! won't be doing the training course with crewlink / ryanair in March, & I say to anyone who is thinking of doing the training course and working for them... please read this blog first before making any decisions that come at a price.. of €2,700 Thank you John :) for spreading the word without me coming across your blog I would have been none the wiser. ....... Name witheld. .

VICTIM OF RYANAIR CABIN CREW SCAM.

COMMONS BELOW CAME TO THIS BLOG A FEW DAYS AGO. TIME TO BOYCOTT RYANAIR. ..
Hello, i'm another victim of this scam.  I worked as a slave all summer long, due to the high volume passengers during summer, earning less than €1000 euro, because i ha to pay the course. As soon as i finished to pay the training fee (almost €3000) i got fired, before 12 months (what a coincidence). They claim they called me from an home standby but i didn't receive any call, resulting in one no-show (to work). Now, i don't have any other money to waste for hiring a lawyer, to get the calling list from the telephone company. I was sent to Dublin to attend a meeting where you have to explain everything and, if you were sick, to explain what you had, treated in bad way, trying to make you feel guilty (unbelievable). Than i was sent to London Stansted just to get the firing letter (something that could be done by sending it to the home-base), without any notice of firing. I met a lot of people to those meetings, called for a lot of ridiculous motivations (seems they are constantly searching for people to fire). And lately those meeting are increased concurrently with a changing of an important manager (wanting to make a good impression to the superiors?). In the letter they stated, moreover, that my .... sicknesses were not certified, but i have proof of it! And as i know the Irish law permits the employer to fire without any reason before 12 months, so even if I prosecute for this i'll probably lose. All my colleagues are shocked because i was a serious worker. I don't want the job back in this company but i'd like to make a little bit of justice.  Any suggestion? Best regards.

RYANAIR HAVE Defibrillator ON BOARD BUT NOT USED AS PASSENGER DIES. .

Michael O'Leary, said all 400 of his Ryanair planes would carry the lifesaving equipment following the death of Davina Tavener in November 2014...Michael O'Leary say  “There’s a gut instinct that says if only you had defibrillators then anyone with a heart condition would be saved, but that’s not the case. “But we’re going to fit our aircraft with defibrillators from next year.” Full article below. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/ryanair-install-defibrillators-aircraft-following-6542760 What Ryanair did was increase the cabin crew training for new recruits at the very same time and was this to cover the cost of defibrillators and cabin crew training in the use of them. YES YOU CAN BE SURE OF THAT. http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/ryanair-automated-external.html Well just over one hour ago I was sent a very sad message on Ryanairdontcare Campaign's facebook page which you can read below.
As you can see more people have died on Ryanair flights. Ryanairdontcare Campaign covered this story in January 2016 below. http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/ryanair-automated-external.html We have just been informed by a family friend that a defibrillator was on board the flight from Malaga to Liverpool on 26th October 2016 but was NOT used. Our deepest sympathy goes to the family of Vicky Muir. Ryanair have a lot of explaining to do about this and why was this not covered in the mainstream news. Ryanair's priority is profit do not be fooled and should be boycotted at all cost. John said, Nothing shocks me about Ryanair and let us hope Vicky Muir finds the nurse from Broadgreen Hospital in Liverpool who helped her husband.
