Many young people wishing a career in aviation are now aware of the exploitation of Europe's biggest TERMINATOR of probationary cabin crew ''Ryanair ''.

Tuesday 14th August saw 34 students attend the Ryanair recruitment drive in Dublin with some being accompanied by their parents.Four parents came over  asking for information about Ryanairdontcare Campaign which we were happy to supply..
One parent had informed us that they had travelled from the UK to Dublin the day before as their child was keen to join Ryanair..I pointed out that Ryanair were holding a recruitment day in Stansted on 14th August and thought it may have been better for them to attend.They inform Ryanairdontcare Campaign that Ryanair/Dalmac had inform them that there was no recruitment date set in the UK for August which was clearly a LIE....We can confirm that 4 return flights on Ryanair to Dublin for this recruitment cost this parent  £200.....Now we know why Ryanair scammers said there was no recruitment in the UK in August ''Flight Sales''.
After talking with these parents about Ryanair's policy of Recruitment for Termination they said thank you and were happy to take a Ryanairdontcare Campaign business card...

Wednesday 15th August saw 38 students attend the second day of the Ryanair recruitment drive in Dublin with at least 1 student walking out..We can confirm this student (name withheld) had a 15 minute talk to Ryanairdontcare Campaign.
Within 40 minutes of this student walking out of the Ryanair recruitment the Irish police (GARDA) were called by Dalmac to put a stop to this Ryanairdontcare Protest as it was clearly effecting Ryanair's recruitment..Dalmac has stated to police i was harassing the students going into the building which was yet more Lies used in an attempt to end this protest.Garda were informed before entering Dalmac by John Foley,founder and protester of Ryanairdontcare Campaign that CCTV used by Dalmac would clearly show this lie.
After a 20 minutes period the Garda left Dalmac and informed John Foley that the protest could continue.
Ryanair tried again to end our peaceful protests with lies which failed miserably.Ryanair use the very same tactic when Ryanairdontcare Campaign's protests take place at their head office which is based at Dublin airport.

Ryanair charged with breaches of French labour law

Low-cost Irish airline Ryanair has been ordered to appear in court to answer a string of charges of alleged breaches of French labour law, lawyers representing a pilots' union said on Monday.

State prosecutors have concluded a three-year investigation by charging the airline with a number of illegal practises, including registering workers employed in France as Irish employees, preventing workplace councils from functioning and preventing access to unions.

The trial, which is expected to take place around the turn of the year, will be held in Aix-en-Provence, near where Ryanair operated a base at the airport of Marseille before it abandoned the facility in January 2011.

Ryanair closed the hub, where it began operating in 2006, and cut 13 routes from Marseille to Europe and Morocco, after prosecutors refused to drop the charges against the company.

Contacted by AFP, Ryanair's French lawyer Marc-Antoine Levy declined to comment.

At the time of Ryanair's withdrawal from Marseille, the airline's head Michael O'Leary had argued that the company should have the right to employ its staff in Ireland, where payroll taxes are significantly lower than in France, as they were not living permanently in France.

That argument was considered and rejected by France's Council of State in 2007.

Ryanair’s Head of Communications, Stephen McNamara said 

“How many more times will Europe’s airlines and their passengers be disrupted by unnecessary airspace closures, strikes and work to rules before the EU Commission finally takes some action? Striking ATC staff are the modern equivalent of highwaymen. They don’t care about consumers, they don’t care about passengers, and they repeatedly strike because they know they can shut down Europe’s skies and hold EU Governments and passengers to ransom. 

It is also appalling that Spanish Air Traffic Controllers, some of whom earn almost €1 million per year, continue to engage in strikes, go slows and work to rules, which have caused delays and misery for millions of European passengers all summer long.
The European Commission should stop “talking” about ending delays and do something. The single greatest cause of air traffic delays in Europe are Govt owned and mismanaged ATC services. It’s time the ‘right to strike’ of this essential service was removed, or failing that, if these people don’t want to go to work, then sack them and replace them with military and other Air Traffic Controllers who do want to work

MADRID DIVERSIONS TO VALENCIA 26 JULY

Due to severe thunderstorms over Madrid on Thursday (26 July) Spanish air traffic control instructed a number of inbound aircraft (including 3 Ryanair aircraft) to divert to and hold over Valencia Airport.  Having held over Valencia for 50 mins, 68 mins and 69 mins after their scheduled landing time in Madrid, Ryanair’s 3 aircraft (following standard industry safety procedures) requested air traffic control permission to land immediately as they reached their reserve fuel minimums, which allow each aircraft to operate for an additional 30 minutes (approx 300 miles) of flying.

All 3 aircraft landed normally with reserve fuel levels (of approx 30 mins or 300 miles of flying) remaining.

THREE Ryanair planes that carried out emergency landings in Spain on the same day last month were "perfectly safe'', the president of the Irish low-cost carrier, Michael O'Leary, said.

Spanish aviation authorities rerouted the three flights to Valencia from Madrid on July 26 because of thunderstorms over the Spanish capital that prevented them from landing there as planned.

The planes were asked to join a queue for landing but after circling over Valencia for a while all three planes contacted air traffic control to request permission to make an emergency landing because their fuel was running low.

The airplanes were not in danger but were required to make the mayday calls so they could land with the required amount of leftover fuel, O'Leary said.

"Our aircraft were perfectly safe in each of these incidents,'' he said, adding that all three planes still had about 30 minutes' worth of fuel left when they asked for permission to land in Valencia.

"All three of those aircraft that properly requested emergency landings in Valencia that evening arrived overhead in Madrid as scheduled with enough fuel for more than one and a half hours hours of flying time, exceeding the medium requirements.''

There were 28 similar fuel emergencies at British airports during the past two years, the Ryanair president said.

"It is important that people understand that these fuel emergencies are not unusual in the airlines industry.''

"What is unusual is to have three fuel emergencies in one day. Last year we had none,'' O'Leary added.

The Irish Aviation Authority has opened an investigation into the three emergency landings which should wrap up in "two to three weeks'', he said.

"The report will confirm that our pilots in all of these three cases fully complied with our safety requirements, with Boeing safety requirements and with European safey requirements,'' O'Leary predicted.

Spanish authorities and working with the Irish Aviation Authority in the investigation.

Spain's state security agency has also opened its own probe into the emergency landings following a complaint from the company that manages the country's airports.

O'Leary dismissed a claim by Spain's pilots' union SEPLA that Ryanair pilots were under pressure to load as little fuel as legally possible to keep down flying costs.

"The only pressure put on Ryanair's pilots on every flight on every day is to operate safely. Safety at Ryanair takes priority over costs,'' he said. 

Ryanair will sue Sepla for defamation which was made in a statement issued on August 16 unless the pilots union retracts its claim within one week, O'Leary added.

Dublin-based Ryanair, Europe's largest budget carrier, operates a fleet of nearly 300 Boeing planes. It transported 8.7 million passengers last month, up from 8.1 million during the same month last year.

We have reported 3 Mayday calls all on the same day due to low fuel on board 3 Ryanair aircraft which is a money saving plan put in place by David Bonderman and Michael O'Leary.

Today we can report even more problems with Ryanair aircraft that relates to fuel.
A faulty fuel valve which leaked fuel from the wing of the aircraft was to blame for the delay of over 2 hours of flight FR 1919 from Valencia to Brussels.
It was a lucky escape that this problem was reported and resolved whilst the aircraft was on the ground and not at 38,000ft.As you can see from Ryanair's report below,

The Irish airline has offered  its official version of the incident in a brief statement.According to Ryanair, the engineers had to repair a "failure of a valve" to flight FR 1919 from Valencia to Brussels and apoligise for the two hour delay to passengers.

GOOGLE DELETE POSTS...RYANAIR ARE SCUM....

Ryanairdontcare Campaign contacted Google in Ireland last month regarding over 125 posts which were deleted from this blog in June 2012.We wanted to know why and who contact Google to have these posts deleted.To date Ryanairdontcare Campaign have had no reply......

Ryanairdontcare Campaign today sent an email  to Google regarding a blogger who has set up a blog page name the same as out Campaign,only difference being this blogger has set up a porn blog.
Ryanairdontcare Campaign feel this blog may be used to discredit Ryanairdontcare Campaign.....

We can confirm John Foley founder of the world's No1 Anti Ryanair Campaign is not interested in his name being discredited but feels the Campaign should never be....Many people involved inside Ryanair and many companies who make plenty of money with Ryanair would wish Ryanairdontcare Campaign to be discredited.
As you can see, below is the email sent to Google.

Dear  Celine Crawford,

I did contact you last month regarding posts that were deleted from my google blog which never gained a reply from you.

I would hope this latest email would gain a reply as i believe a third party has used blogger name  ................................... to discredit my own blog www.ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.com .

As you will be aware there is pornographic materiel being used on  ................................. and this may have been set up to discredit my own campaign which deals with employment issues of young cabin crew at Ryanair..

I must also point out that the very same blog name ..........................  was used by myself early 2011 and after i posted an article about Boeing aircraft safety breaches on board Ryanair this blog was deleted by google and the name ryanairdontcare was NOT available to register.

As you can see it was registered  by blogger CAG .

At least Ryanairdontcare Campaign have made Ryanair increase employment legal and IT.

Is this because Ryanair are their pay lords????? Look at the IAA protest video below from 2011.
Ryanairdontcare Campaign have protested outside the head office of the IAA in Dublin 6 times in the last 3 years.Our latest protest a few months ago had the IAA lie to the Garda Irish Police to try and get me arrested.
The IAA not only fail passengers and crew at Ryanair but also failed to get Ryanairdontcare Campaign's founder John Foley arrested...

As you will see from the comment below from a Pilot, it is shocking....We must also remember in 2011 a Ryanair pilot based at Liverpool John Lennon airport committed suicide with work related issues involved...
Ryanair are not only GUILTY of wrecking young cabin crews lives but taken crews lives too......

I can't understand how the IAA can continue to 'look the other way' while this shabby outfit continue to prosper....
Its about time somebody did a proper risk assessment on the whole operation, its just one thing after another with this company, exactly how many more incidents like the ones that have recently come to light have to happen before someone finally sits up and takes notice...? 
A pilot workforce so cowed and bullied that they have effectively become emasculated into into making (or not making) decisions for all the wrong reasons.
All the holes are lining up, its only a matter of time before they have an incident where somebody gets killed or seriously injured, you just have to make sure you're not on board when that happens.

Ryanairdontcare Campaign yesterday wrote to the Civil Aviation Authority who are the law in the sky in the UK.
As we are all now aware of the dangers flying Ryanair in the UK after it was reported that  not one ,not two but 3 Ryanair flights in Spain issued a mayday call on the very same day 26th July 2012,all being LOW on fuel as a direct result of Ryanair's management putting PROFIT before human life..We thought it was best to contact the UK aviation authority with our concerns regarding flight safety issues which may endanger lives on board Ryanair's UK flights.
As you can see from the reply from the Civil Aviation Authority, NOT OUR PROBLEM...
I would have thought 3 maydays from any airline in the very same day in any European city would have been a serious concern for any aviation authority,not it seems the UK's Civil Aviation Authority..
Let us hope some form of authority will stop Ryanair risking the lives of passengers and crew daily as a direct result of profits..

As the heat steps up against Ryanair over the 3 mayday incidents, Ryanair seem to be fearless of any action that would or could be taken by aviation authorities against them,namely the (IAA) Irish Aviation Authority who make a large amount of revenue from Ryanair.It must also be pointed out that 8 former Ryanair employees are now IAA employees.Pilots,Cabin Crew and aviation unions show little faith in the IAA when it comes to Ryanair.Ryanair seem to be a LAW to themselves.
Many incidents of safety on board Ryanair's flight have been brought to the attention of the IAA to no avail,latest being the emergency seats being left empty when able body passengers should be placed in them.Ryanair charge passengers 10 euro extra for this leg room seat.
This seat issue is very serious to which the IAA are investigating but do not hold your breath.

In 2010 serious safety breach on board Ryanair were sent to Ryanairdontcare Campaign by a whistleblower inside Ryanair which showed lives were being put at risk by Ryanair to maximise profit with on board sales.Information included 6 photos of the serious breach were sent to Boeing in the U.S,(as Boeing safety  policy was breached), Civil Aviation Authority in the UK and Irish Aviation Authority based in Dublin.
No reply was ever sent to Ryanairdontcare Campaign but within hours of these serious safety breaches being posted on our first Blog RYANAIRDONTCARE, this Blog was closed down by Google.
We can confirm that Boeing and Google were tracked visiting the old Blog hours before it was closed.

Ryanairdontcare Campaign have contacted the IAA many times in writing regarding safety and security issues which is putting the lives of not only passengers but crew at risk by Ryanair.The IAA are aware of the issues Ryanairdontcare Campaign's founder John Foley has with Ryanair regarding the recruitment,employment and termination rate of probationary Ryanair cabin crew,with termination being as high as 60% in the first 12 months before any legal employment protection comes into place.
Yet again we must pointed out that 8 former Ryanair employees are now IAA employees.

Passengers and crew at Ryanair need the IAA to stop ignoring these serious safety issues and act before it is to late,does it need a Ryanair flight to crash with the loss of many lives before they act.
Ryanair's airline operating licence should be taken and better still a total boycott is needed till all senior Ryanair management are dismissed..

Even Germany Pilots and their unions are telling the truth about Ryanair.Putting profit before lives ......

Ryanair has an extensive network to and from Germany, flying from 10 airports including Berlin Schonefeld, Frankfurt Hahn, Cologne Bonn and Dusseldorf Weeze.

However, German pilots union Vereinigung Cockpit backed the IALPA claims, saying the Ryanair flights had “almost empty tanks” when they landed at Valencia.

The German union’s spokesman accused Ryanair of pressurising pilots to reduce the amount of fuel they carry because of the weight, when: “Fuel is the biggest cost factor with budget airlines.” The union said the pressure “infringes pilots’ rights”.
