POLICE INVESTIGATION IS NEEDED
INTO RYANAIR'S
RECRUITMENT & TRAINING
OF THOUSANDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE
''Creating ownership structures that serve to deceive''
That's The Ryanair Way
In 2010 i was made aware 3 new directors became involved with St James Management Services Ltd who were based in Bishop Stortford by Stanstead airport.
St James Management Services Ltd since 2004 have in our option been recruiting thousands of young people to become probationary cabin crew at Ryanair. All paying thousands of £ to train which Ryanair tell us it is St James Management Services Ltd that take the training.
All along Ryanair trainers took the training courses with thousands of these probationary cabin crew being on zero hour contracts working at Ryanair with over 10,000 being terminated.
We at Ryanairdontcare Campaign called it Recruitment for Termination.
Founder of this blog John Foley a father who's 18 year old daughter Sarah fell foul of this recruitment for termination in 2008 at the hands of Ryanair, embarked on a 5 year campaign which involved many Direct Action protests in Ireland and UK which involved handcuffing himself to the goal post of the Everton v Manchester City football match in 2012 at goodison park. The main reason for this protest was to highlight the foul treatment of young probationary cabin crew by Ryanair and Ryanair's CEO Michael O'Leary was in attendance.

The 3 new directors at St James Management Services Ltd were heavily involved with a company called M2 Training Ltd who were funded 10s of £millions by the UK Government department Skills Funding Agency (SFA).
Ryanair and St James Management Services Ltd were fully aware that the 3,500 euro training loans given to new recruits from the Bank of Ireland / Allied Irish that paid for this training in one go had been stopped in 2010 thanks to Ryanairdontcare Campaign involvement.
The only option for Ryanair training to be paid was by monthly salary deduction which was a long proses which Ryanair continue to do at present.
In 2010 up stepped M2 Training Ltd who started the Ryanair cabin crew apprenticeship with St James Management Services Ltd applying for £millions in funds from the UK Government department Skills Funding Agency (SFA).
In 2012 Ryanairdontcare Campaign contacted a Mr Philip Griffin a senior manager at the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) with our concerns regarding the Ryanair cabin crew apprenticeship programme.Mr Griffin informed Ryanairdontcare Campaign that he had investigated our concerns and had found nothing wrong.
In 2013 M2 Training Ltd went into liquidation (which many Ryanair cabin crew recruiters do) after receiving £million from the SFA.
In 2012 the very same 3 directors involved with St James Management Services Ltd set up a company called Work Skills Ltd who in 2013 applied and received £millions from the SFS with
£750,100 going to St James Management Services Ltd for Ryanair cabin crew training.
In 2014 Work Skills Ltd went into liquidation and in March 2014 St James Management Services Ltd have filed for liquidation.
M2 Training Ltd first year involve with Ryanair/StJames Management claimed a total of
£5,212,422....WOW.......
£Millions of UK Tax payers money is given to Ryanair's agents for cabin crew training tim and time again when these very same directors are liquidation their companies. This is done to crate a maze and keep any blame at the door of Ryanair..
A full investigation is needed regarding these funds and Ryanair's recruitment of cabin crew in the UK.
Someone needs to go to jail Mr O'leary......

Dear Mr Griffin,
As
you may be aware i have been given information from your office over
the last few months concerning Ryanair cabin crew apprenticeships which i
thank you for.
The
first contact i made to your office was in 2012 regarding a few
companies mainly St James Management Services,M2 Training Limited and
Ryanair.
I
did supply your organisation with other companies including Work Skills
Limited which may be involved in Ryanair cabin crew which are funded by
the SFA which i had concerns
about.
What is concerning to me now is listed below.
1, M2 Training Limited had gone into liquidation in 2013 after receiving £Millions
from SFA in 2013.
2, M2 Training Limited directors continued to apply for funds from SFA relating to Ryanair cabin crew apprenticeships through a company called Work Skills Limited who in 2013 were funded £2,595.539 in total from SFA with
£757,500 claimed for the Ryanair cabin crew apprenticeship.....
3,Work Skills Limited in 2014 went into liquidation after receiving £2,595.539 with £750,100
in relation to the Ryanair cabin crew training for St James Management
Services Ltd who have also filled for liquidation in 2014.
How
can this be right that a company with the very same directors can
continue to be funded by the Tax payer time and time again after
liquidation. Not to mention the dept left by these companies.
Please can you direct me to the right Government department which can investigate the above.
Thank you for your time.
kindest regards
John Foley
