i made a booking for my 15 yr old daughter too come and see me as i am
fighting cancer . i did not realise there policy was 16 before you can
fly alone its a short 40 minute flight. so she could not take the
booking . so i asked for refund . all i got was rules quoted no empathy
of my condition . or the fact it was a genuine mistake. so ryanair
really don't care even if you are very sick . all i can add is how
mentally sick are they !!!!!

Do not be fooled as Ryanair's termination rate of new recruits all depends of how many are recruited by Crewlink and Dalmac.Look at the cabin crew recruitment days below which are for the Christmas 2014 period at Ryanair.December January March being low season but Ryanair have 48 recruitment days in a 6 week period. Ryanairdontcare campaign have targeted Ryanair's recruitment days in 2014 which has seen the numbers of young people joining Ryanair at an all time low which is the reason why recruitment days have been increased.Even with a low recruitment turnover by Ryanair the increased 48 recruitment days can still achieve 1000 new cabin crew.Why would any company have 1000 jobs available in their quite time ?
