RYANAIR FREE MONEY FROM SCOTTISH ENTERPRISE.....WHAT ARE THE TERMINATION LEVELS ''MICHAEL''
Dear Scottish Enterprise,
I was given your details from the Scottish first ministers office.
I am contacting you today regarding Ryanair Training Grant. My name is John Foley from Liverpool who founded Ryanairdontcare Campaign in 2008, which deals with Termination,Recruitment,Training and Probationary Employment Contracts at Ryanair.Priority is given to young students as Probationary Cabin Crew who we believe are exploited by Ryanair for profit and in most cases after termination, these young students are left in a different country without funds to return home.
The reason for my contact is regarding a payment Scottish Enterprise gave to Ryanair for maintenance hanger at Prestwick February 2011.The Scottish Government supported the project i have been informed.
I have been informed £640,000 in training grants were given to Ryanair in 2010.I feel it is important to establish,
1,Training grant given to Ryanair, for what job training involved inside Ryanair was it given for.
2,How many jobs were created by this training grant to scottish citizens.
3, Do Scottish Enterprise have records which confirm any termination levels, relating to any training given for this £640,000 training loan.
Thank you for your time and i wait your reply.
All information contact is placed on our Campaign Blog.

SCOTTISH FIRST MINISTER RYANAIR FUNDED GRANTS
Thank you for your email of 19 May to the First Minister regarding publicly funded training grants received by Ryanair in February 2010. I have been asked to reply as I work within the Skills Programme Team.
The grant to which you refer was awarded to Ryanair to support the creation of a second maintenance, repair and overhaul facility at the airport. The Scottish Government supported the project with the offer of £1.5 million in Regional Selective Assistance and training grants through Scottish Enterprise. As such, you would need to contact Scottish Enterprise directly to find out any further details about the training element of the contract.
The best way to contact Scottish Enterprise is by email at enquiries@scotent.co.uk or by telephone on 0845 607 8787 (calls charged at local rates).
Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if I can provide anything further information.
Yours sincerely
Anna Kynaston

RYANAIR PROBATIONARY CABIN CREW TERMINATED....CONTACT RYANAIRDONTCARE CAMPAIGN...
Dear John
I was Cabin Crew for Ryanair based at .........Airport. . I trained with St James Management. I paid a £400 deposit just to train to work for Ryanair before I even started with Ryanair. I was then told I would have to pay a further £1,100. My contract with Ryanair was terminated on ........... I do not understand what I paid £1,500 for. All we did was sat in a classroom watching PowerPoint presentations and videos. The only visit was one to an aircraft on the apron at Stansted Airport and a fire training day in East Midlands. How can this have cost £1,500?
I also had lates made up, days off made up and my holiday changed the night before and I was not even informed. Whilst working for Ryanair it altogether cost me £1875. This included my air side security pass, uniform, crew bags, handbags and training. Ryanair has changed my life because it has made me realise I do not want to be Air Cabin Crew anymore because of the poor treatment I received. It was always my dream to be an air hostess but Ryanair ruined that dream.
Hope this is of use
...................
John Said,
As you can see issues of none attendance are added by Ryanair as a way to get you terminated.

CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY MUST ACT ''NOW''
4th July 2011
Civil Aviation Authority
CAA House
Dear Dame Deirdre Hutton,
I am contacting you today with regards Ryanair’s treatment of Pilots and Cabin Crew in the work place in the UK .
A present Ryanair Pilot has contacted RyanairDontCare Campaign with some disturbing information which is enclosed in this letter.
I understand Ryanair are an Irish registered airline but employ UK crew and have UK bases, as the Civil Aviation Authority in the UK you need to look into these issues enclosed in this letter as a PRIORITYplease.
If for whatever reason you feel these issues do not fall into your jurisdiction, then please pass all information to who it does fall into.
The safety of Pilots, Cabin Crew and passengers are at risk because of the actions of Ryanair Management in the work place.
Bullying and ill treatment of Pilots and Cabin Crew at Ryanair is at a high level, leading to stress and in some cases suicide.
Only a few weeks ago a UK pilot at Ryanair took his own life and Ryanair’s work place could be involved.( Paul Ridgard Real Important Pilot )
The fact that a present Ryanair Pilot (captain) contacted our campaign shows the seriousness of these issues.
This treatment also occurs to Probationary Cabin Crew at Ryanair who have no help whatsoever.
As a health and safety point, we at RyanairDontCare Campaign feel it is time for health/councillor to be put in place at all airports to deal with stress amounts not only Ryanair crew but all airline crew.
I would hope the CAA would act seriously to these issues raised above and do not turn a blind eye to CREW at Ryanair.
Thank you for your time.
Kindest Regards
John Foley

Hello! I am the wife of one of Paul's oldest friends from Spondon. We went to his funeral, but were never clear about what had happened to him. Obviously, respecting his wife's privacy, we did not feel we could ask her directly, but through Google we found this blog, and have gradually learned what has happened. We suspected he had committed suicide, and now that we know the circumstances leading up to Paul's untimely death, I feel so ANGRY that any employer could do this to a man. How sick, how uncompassionate can anyone be to drive such a lovely man so far...? I tell everyone not to fly with Ryanair, and I am posting this link to my facebook page. This ought to become National news and the Ryanair bosses brought to justice for Paul's widdow and little son!
