We believe at ryanairdontcare campaign that there is evidence of systematic abuse of cabin crew and pilots in Ryanair. The basic formula is based on \"employment scamming\" in which false expectations are built up and the new trainees (cabin crew) are obliged to pay in advance for their training, only to discover after that their earnings are nothing like what they \"expected\". This scheme has been running for years and is very sophisticated.
Part of this scheme is the termination of probationary cabin crew, in large numbers, in the month prior to their obtaining employment rights.
Once students are terminated by so called agents they are left in so much dept, Some are on medication as a result of this exploitation and even contemplated suicide.
I believe that journalists in Ireland who have tried to write about this story have been gagged (well the papers are gagged).David Bonderman tpg capital and Michael O\'leary must stop this termination for profit of probationary cabin crew and have some Dignity and Respect for ALL crew at Ryanair.
I wish to apologize to spectators and mostly to the JOCKEYS today at Cheltenham.
It was wrong what i did today but i would hope you can see the bigger picture.
Many Irish young students have been scammed as probationary cabin crew at the hands of ryanair and ryanairdontcare campaign would hope, being an Irish airline, the Irish Government will look into these issues.
Probationary ryanair cabin crew,Contracted ryanair cabin crew and Pilots need RESPECT and be treated with DIGNITY,Mr Bonderman TPG capital and Mr O\'Leary.
STOP SCAMMING OUR \'CHILDREN\' NOW....

You see the recent post on the Ryanair website,Im so angry about this, £260,000 been spent on a horse race, when crew are strugling to survive!http://www.ryanair.com/en/news/bumper-cheltenham-forecast-as-ryanair-bookings-jump
RYANAIR SQUANDER BUMPER PRIZE MONEY AT CHELTENHAM
Today(Mar 9th) Ryanair announced that they will be putting forward over £250,000 prize money for some horse race in England.
Ryanairs cabin crew have called on the airline to answer questions as to why the company is paying out money on horse races and gambling, when the company lost €10million in Q3?
Its time that the super rich management of Micheal O’Leary and Bondermen stopped squandering money on horse races and betting shops, when the company is failing financially.
Again this year management are paying out over a quarter of a million pounds on a horse race at a time when the company lost €10million, pays been frozen and pilots and cabin crew deserting the airline because of appalling working conditions.
Maybe O’Leary and Bondermen need to come back down to earth from there Champagne lifestyle at Cheltenham, gambling not only on horse races but on the very future of our airline!
Crew have called for answers and called on shareholders to question why management are off on gambling trips overseas when the companies books are in the red.
Crew would also like to know what hotels MoL and Bondermen are staying in, and the expenses they are charging to the company and staff because of this luxurious lifestyle they live.
We demand copies of all receipts from Hotels, restaurants and pubs be presented to the board for review and wont accept ‘back of envelope’ claims as they done so for fare paying passengers during the ash cloud crisis!

A protester angered jockeys ran into the path of horses racing at the Cheltenham Festival yesterday in a one-man protest against Ryanair.
Brandishing a poster with the face of the budget airline's chief executive Michael O'Leary he dashed onto the course in front of 15-time champion jockey AP McCoy riding 3.20 Ryanair Chase winner Albertas Run.
His protest has been linked to a blogger's website, believed to be written by the protester, criticising the company for its sponsorship of horse racing rather than spending money on paying its staff better wages.

Near miss: Andrew Lynch on Rubi Light narrowly avoids the Ryanair protester
And they're off: With the race over, a policeman makes a desperate lunge for the protester
Leading the field: The protester manages to elude the officer's clutches
Michael O'Leary: 'If some idiot wants to try and make some publicity for himself, let him'
The man climbed through the running rail 100 yards from the winning post and held up his banner, narrowly avoiding being hit by Mr McCoy.
He was wresteled to the ground by a police officer and later charged with a public order offence and fined £80.
A posting on the 'Ryanairdontcare' blog written by someone called jonnyenglish said: 'I wish to apologise to spectators and mostly to the jockeys today at Cheltenham. It was wrong what I did today but I would hope you can see the bigger picture.'
Horse owner Mr O'Leary, who was in attendance at the festival to watch a number of his own thoroughbreds, criticised the man following the race.
'If some idiot wants to try and make some publicity for himself, let him. If he's prepared to run in front of AP McCoy riding a horse, let him,' he said.
Edward Gillespie, Cheltenham managing director, said: ‘We put a security person on every possible exit in the championship races but we had no intelligence suggesting we had reason to do that for the Ryanair Chase.
‘We do get good intelligence from the police if something might happen. Nobody got hurt and the last time someone got on the course was a streaker about 20 years ago.’
Heavy going: The policeman makes another attempt to grab the protester
Two-to-one: The protester is finally taken down after a second officer joins in the chase
