RYANAIR PROBATIONARY CABIN CREW MUST JOIN UNITE the UNION

UNITE THE UNION Email Below Sent To Ryanairdontcare Campaign's John Foley. All probationary cabin crew at Ryanair should try to join unite the union who's details can be found below. Hi John Len previously asked me to respond to your email concerning Ryanair. I apologise for the delay, but I thought it better to wait until a fuller update could be provided. As you are undoubtedly aware Ryanair have made significant public statements regarding trade unions and their intention to collectively bargain. Regarding your proposal we have recently held numerous meetings with cabin crew and our membership has grown as a result. Meetings with crew have been held at Stansted. There has been no need for any direct on site presence as crew have readily contacted Unite, and vice versa. In addition membership rates are reduced for low paid workers in Unite, and our subscription levels have not been an obstacle to Ryanair workers joining. There has been a really positive response from crew in Ryanair and we hope to build on this. Regards Oliver Richardson National Officer Civil Air Transport
