RYANAIR CABIN CREW ''SCAM'' CREWLINK/WORKFORCE INTERNATIONAL/CABIN CREW EUROPE/DALMAC.CABIN CREW TRAINING SHAM.RYANAIR Students own words.

CABIN CREW Make more profit for Ryanair than pilots do.....

This blog post will be one of the most important posts which will show you many people who are making a high amount of money, not only their monthly salary, that is wrecking young lives all over Europe. This has been going on since 2004 and it is the brain child of a person named David Bonderman a US Billionaire who is the real CHIEF at Ryanair. Many believe Michael O'Leary is the BOSS at Ryanair when in fact  Michael O'Leary is a very good accountant and great with figures and money.
It all started in 2004 when David Bonderman became involved at Ryanair. The idea Bonderman brought to Ryanair was ''how to exploit employees in their thousands'',take away their employment rights and make £millions''..Bonderman worked in civil rights with attorney general in USA and set up learning tools to exploit Ryanair cabin crew.
Chief Exploiter David Bonderman From TPG

CEO Michael O'leary profit and share price priority at Ryanair

Ryanair before 2004 would recruit and train cabin crew themselves, all given a Ryanair contract which failed to made Ryanair the £millions earned today through their exploitation of cabin crew.
Ryanair firstly set up a contract with a company called Dalmac Langauge Institute  Iona House Main Street,Rush ,Ireland to set up shell companies which is run by a lady called Anne McCrudden...
                                                Wealthy   McCrudden  Center

McCrudden set up these two companies Dalmac Recruitment Aviation Services and Workforce International Contractors at the request of Ryanair to introduce probationary cabin crew contracts which could be used to contract thousands of young cabin crew from all over Europe through these shell companies. As well as contracting thousands of young cabin crew for Ryanair, monthly salary payments can be controlled by a third party.
You can see a full article we did on McCrudden below.
http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/anne-mccrudden-dalmac-recruitment-rush.html
Ryanair secondly set up a shell company called Crewlink with the very same contract given to them.Crewlink (which has changed names many times) is run by Judy Byrne & Frank Whelan Unit 39, Southern Cross Business Park,Boghall, Bray, Co. Wicklow, Republic of Ireland.
You can see a full article we did on McCrudden below.

http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/katie-taylor-from-bray-wins-irelands.html

http://ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.co.uk/2013/06/ryanairdontcare-campaign-can-confirm.html

These two  shell companies Crewlink Ireland &Workforce International Contractors recruit ,facilitate training and give out thousands of probationary Ryanair contract, with contracts being TERMINATED at any time with NO blame at Ryanair door.
Employment legislation in Ireland gives these cabin crew NO rights whatsoever under a 12 month period. Many being TERMINATED under 6 months. We do not have Termination figures for Workforce International Contractors (they will be high) but we can confirm Crewlink have Terminated over 12,000 cabin crew since 2004.

To become cabin crew through these shell companies a student must apply on-line, pay a fee to train as cabin crew, fee being £3000 depending which shell company you join.
This training is facilitated by Crewlink & Workforce International with training conducted by Ryanair. We have been informed over the last few weeks that this Ryanair cabin crew training is a SHAM.Look below at what a student sent to this campaign last week,in their own words.
This is Shocking......

I'm sure you get lots of messages but I think it's important to tell you my story. I am 21 years old. I never thought I fell into the category of being young and vulnerable. Vulnerable in the dreams that I had. I've always wanted to work as cabin crew. I seen an add on line "Ryan air, crew link assessment days". So I applied and with that I got offered a place. It should have been a warning sing that by having to pay to work for a company means that if you work for a shit company then you get treated like shit. So after being offered a place on the stansted course I began to pack my life up making the move from ............ to London by myself. I quit my job, took on a new job and left my friends and family behind. I done this all for myself believing that at the end of it I would be in a better position than I was. I moved into a house with 9 people. At times it were a Zoo but at other times we became one big family. It's funny how complete strangers become so close. So the first couple of days at training our tutor never turned up so crew link would organise substitutes. Which, when it came to exams it wasn't a good idea because every single of them had different answers for everything so we never knew what was right and what was wrong. The papers are falsely marked. A couple of weeks later and our tutor actually turned up. She was the rudest and post pretentious woman I've ever met. She would stick her nose in the air and smirk at people. After one of our tests a couple of the girls had a resit. One of the girls got sent home because she missed the 90% pass mark by 1%. Amy the instructor took her outside and basically told her it's over and to hand her book back. No emotion just give me your book back. She failed to show her the test and then came back in the room to humiliate her. "Well as you can see, we have lost a body. Any ways how was your weekend? Haha". The next day we had an Initial exam only 2 weeks into the course where they brought in an outside examiner called mark from Ireland. Again, he was very rude and spoke to people as though he was above them. He said to the class " if you have any questions ask". So an Italian girl quizzed him on the test. He says to Amy in front of the class and to the girls face " JESUS CHRIST!!!!!" Amy and mark sit at the front and laugh in the girls face. Not only is this highly offensive but absolutely 100% not on. He wouldn't have spoken to a British person like this. He marked the tests all wrong as on one boys paper he told him it was something different so he took marks off of him. The answer that he put before was correct. So 22 out of 30 failed the initial. Does that not tell you something ? The next day I had a resit along with 22 other people who failed the initial. We all sat the exam. Mark( the examiner) came in late And then disappeared for another hour making us wait even longer for him. I seen him sitting eating his breakfast when I went for water. What a joke. so he came back with no apology of any sort. Once we finished the exam we sat outside they came out with all of the papers giving to those who passed. Then he said the rest of us failed. So there were 13 of us failed. They split that group into 6 and 7 people. Called the 6 of us in and said "it's the end of the road hand back your manuals". By the way the manuals we paid £500 for and they looked like rubbish. Marks attitude was absolutely disgusting as he looked down with no sympathy. It shows you this happens every single training course. Meanwhile the other 7 people who also failed were told to come back the next day. A few of the people who get a resit has been cheating and Amy was made aware of this on so many different occasions but ignored it. again couldn't care less). Justina ( a substitute tutor) held one of our exams. She did state at the beginning of the exam that If anybody is caught cheating they will be out. HOWEVER, when she caught a boy and and a girl cheating she said " I can see what your doing " she said this in front of the class and did not action this as she said she would. One rule for one and another for the next. One of the girls went In to speak to Amy where she basically said its nothing to do with her and that her priority is now the people that passed. Is that because the people that you so call passed will be owing you thousands of pounds to work for you. Is that because you are only after people's money and you don't care that people have given up

There are many scams inside Ryanair which generate multi £millions each month but the scamming of young cabin crew is NO acceptable and must be investigated. The Bank of Ireland are so much involved with the Irish Government turning a blind eye.
Ryanair use a maze of recruitment, employment and Termination to create £50 + million a year from these young cabin crew through a per hour rate of pay scam.See below.

These are a hand full of people involved  in the recruitment scamming of thousands of young cabin crew at Ryanair which generates £millions each month which shareholders are not aware of.

As you can see RYANAIR/DALMAC/WORKFORCE/CREWLINK/CABIN CREW EUROPE are all in it together to recruit as many young people as they can with thousands being Terminated for profit. If you really want to be cabin crew then stay clear of

Look at Ryanair's visits to this blog over the last few days.Never have Ryanair HQ been so busy on this blog.We hope Mr O'leary is enjoying this "doomed to fail" campaign.
Ryanair do not like the truth getting out of how bad they are as an employer.
Let us remember cabin crew are paid a commission from on board sales and they are keen to sell.Ryanair always want more from these young cabin crew and put in place selling targets as a reason for Termination...Recruitment days at Ryanair have been increased for the sole purpose of Termination.

CABIN CREW TRAINING WITH RYANAIR /CREWLINK IRELAND ''THINK AGAIN''..PROFIT IS PRIORITY NOT SAFETY.CABIN CREW STUDENTS OWN WORDS.

Yesterday I was contacted by a student wishing to be cabin crew who joined Ryanair shell company Crewlink Ireland to train as cabin crew on board Ryanair aircraft.
I would like to thank this person for sharing this story to help other's wishing to join this scamming company Ryanair/Crewlink.Ryanair trainers aware of students cheating and turning a blind eye.Profit it priority not safety.
This student story will help others for sure. It is not your fault as this campaign is fully aware of the practises of Ryanair when it comes to their cabin crew training.Good luck and try other airlines..Ryanair have the largest Termination on new recruits in aviation because Terminations are PROFIT...

or all of it. It's greatly appreciated thank you
Hi there, Yesterday I was sent home from the Ryanair cabin crew training course in Stansted. After gaining 100% on my security exam and doing well on daily tests I was upset to receive an apparent low grade on the exam prior to initial. I have recently found out that the Hahn course had only received initial exam last week giving them a lot more time to study and understand what initial involved when they are due their wings in the coming week, and Stansted having a thorough re sit and talk about their exam also (something not everyone received) although I was 1% off - slightly under the pass mark i understand that it's still a fail but I wasn't given any feedback or my exam paper to see where I had went wrong. During exams and daily tests certain individuals in the class constantly cheated and instructors would turn a blind eye admitting in front of everyone they've seen it happening, it's my understanding that the safety of the aircraft passengers and crew comes first? If people feel the need to cheat they obviously are struggling in class and will also on the aircraft potentially putting people's lives at risk. Its not the individual it's the pace of how quickly things are taught. Why are they punishing people who have tried I know I studied day in/day out for exams and tests but people who cheat get away with it and re sits. I had no comfort from an instructor who made me hand everything back and cry in front of my full class calling my name out and humiliating me in the process. From day 1 until yesterday we had at least 5 different instructors flown in from around Europe due to our main instructor constantly phoning in sick, this effected our learning. Instructors had flights to catch and work to go to cutting our class time in half, again not learning anything by this. The first week of the course didn't live up to my expectations I was shocked at how unorganised our class was. We were also told time and time again by crewlink we had to have our Medicals completed before flying out to Stansted. I passed my medical in ................ which also cost another £120, again another thing gone wrong another waste of money after everyone already paying out so much we were told crewlink had set us up appointments in central London to have Medicals done free of charge, great! But again this was already done by all of us at home, Then expecting everyone to pay £40/£50 train fares to get to this appointment we've already had, due to it being a weekend appointments started from as early as 7 am. Crewlink also did not have references sent off and delaying our process adding on top of the stress of everything else. The anticipation and nerves of moving away from home at such a young age to chase a dream I have wanted for as long as I can remember to work for Ryanair was shattered in the coming weeks with no proof feedback, and certainly no sympathy or thought to how I was embarrassed and completely crushed. I will most definitely not be recommending the Stansted course to anyone and my deepest sympathy to anyone who thinks its for them. Had I flew to Germany to start my course would I still be there? I presume so. The set up un organisation, favouritism and unfairness I have received from such a short stay has lowered my confidence and self esteem. No instructor or human being should say to one individual they have "failed" I am glad I'm the type of person that if I'm knocked down il stand up taller. A failure quits I have not therefore I'm not nor will I ever be a failure. One thing I have gained from this course would be determination I am writing to you in hope things change in the future and no cabin crew hopeful will have the disappointment and upset iv had to go through. Kind regards ........... .............

RYANAIR MEMO ON BOARD FOOD SALES MUST INCREASE OR TERMINATION WILL FOLLOW....

As you can see from the memo above cabin crew being pressured even more to sell food on board Ryanair. As sales in January are low for all business after the Christmas period you can see Ryanair increase the food load on all their flights and expect cabin crew to sell 100% of the food.
As base supervisors are issuing selling targets which must be met, New recruited cabin crew who do not reach their target will be sent to Dublin and will face TERMINATIONS.
Ryanair have two shell companies who recruit cabin crew with Crewlink Ireland Ltd having 40 recruitment days within 4 weeks which will fill the gap of TERMINATED cabin crew..

Passenger sends in bailiffs to get £600 back from Ryanair: Victory for father who was charged by budget airline just for checking in ....

Today Ryanair say pre-tax profit for the three months to the end of December up 110%.We can guess that charging a family £600 just to check in in one of the reasons for this increase.

We've all grumbled about extra charges on budget flights – for everything from choosing your seat to printing off boarding passes.
But when Lucas Marshall was landed with a £320 bill by Ryanair for checking his family in, he decided to take a stand.
The father of four took the airline to court and, when Ryanair did not pay up, he sent bailiffs to its HQ.

Now he is celebrating his victory over the multimillion pound firm – and plans to display his £610 compensation cheque on the wall at home.
Mr Marshall, 34, had been travelling back from the Canary Islands with wife Michelle, 42, and children Lewis, four, Ellenor, seven, Lucy, 13, and Carly, 16, when he was unable to print boarding passes because of a problem with his booking reference.
With minutes to spare, he paid the fee for the boarding passes and checking in so his family did not miss the journey home.

To me it was about the principle. I hated the fact that they forced me. I was at the end of the holiday and I was worried, I thought, “I haven’t got this money to spend.”
‘You’ve got ten minutes to cough up the money. I said, “I haven’t got the money.” They said, “You can use your credit card.” It’s a case of them bullying you to get the money.’
When the family returned from the holiday to Fuerteventura in February last year, Mr Marshall, of Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire, sent letters to Ryanair’s English office and the firm’s HQ in Ireland – urging the airline to do ‘the sensible thing’ and refund the money.
He had been charged £320 in euros for the costs of checking in at the airport and reissuing boarding passes, as well as an administration fee. When the airline did not respond to his complaints, he took his case to court.

Ryanair failed to reply to the court notice so the case was automatically found in Mr Marshall’s favour and bailiffs were sent to the headquarters in Stansted, Essex, to reclaim the money.
In December he received a £610 cheque – but he has still not had any apology from the airline.
Mr Marshall said: ‘They didn’t file an acknowledgement or anything – they just kept ignoring me all the way through. When I got the cheque I was absolutely over the moon and not for the money.
‘It wasn’t about the money it was about the principle – it was, “You’re not walking over me.” You can’t picture the bailiffs going in – I would have loved to have been there.’ Ryanair declined to comment.
