Ryanairdontcare Campaign can confirm that Ryanair employee called
malchiwka
has been lying to new recruits. We are not sure of
malchiwka real identity or which base he works from..
Many wannabe cabin crew visit cabincrew.com were a forum for Ryanair is placed. Malchiwka places comments in reply to new recruits doubts about Ryanair...As you can see below he is not the average Ryanair employee and Ryanairdontcare Campaign believe he is used by Ryanair SCAMMERS to keep new recruits happy joining Ryanair.
Ryanair will use every trick in the book to SCAM you...

Ive had 7 days work in the past month and I'll be lucky if I get enough to pay rent this month! Also she said we're very likely to be going back on a 6-2 6-3 roster. People with contracts are getting a pay rise while all us agency workers are getting absolutely nothing again and were told like it or leave! Good Luck!
Hi, in which base are you in?

Of course it all depends on the base you are based at, the smaller the base the less chance for you to be promoted.
Yes, we might be going back to 6-2-6-3, but this is as a result of the agreement Ryanair contractors had 7 years ago and since the agreement is expiring this April.
This is nothing to do with the work environment for the crew...
If we don't sign the agreement everyone will get 8 more days of holidays a year and 1 more shift less a month.
You going to get 1 more day of work a week, but is most likely to be a HSBY, since you can't go over 100 hours a month...
Nobody says it is easy job in Ryanair... I'm not saying that sometimes I'm so pissed off with the entire world that i just want to give my resignation in, pack my bags and go...
There will be always people who will badmouth the airline and there will always be people who had a bad experience in the airline and who have been treated in inappropriate way and the only thing they do is write about this in a forum and not take any action but cry in a pillow for whoever has treated them badly...
I have been working in the airline for 9 years and went through loads of up and downs in this airline and know people who have been demoted unfairly, but they have been promoted after that and they still working and trying their best...

Aggressive questions Malchiwka,i think we can let members of this forum decide why you have refused to answer why you are pretending to be going on a training course on one post, then on other post saying you have worked for ryanair for nine years.
