The Ryanair Don't Care Campaign was started by John Foley w...hen his daughter was sacked as a flight attendant mid-flight and abandoned abroad, penniless. This would lead to the exposure of a cynical and highly exploitative recruitment scam by the airline. Ryanair’s current policy of recruitment-for-terminatio Liverpool Solidarity Federation have already put their full backing behind the campaign, and behind John, who has been arrested six times for his direct action activism against the airline. We are now calling on others to do the same in support of the campaign's call for an international week of action against Ryanair in March. It appears that MoL,Bonderman and his gang seem to be operating an incentive scheme for themselves through "leasing" companies, who lease 737-8AW aircraft to Ryanair, by paying themselves extortionate amounts of money from these companies and selling there own stock options at higher prices.
Ryanair are at it again. Last year when ancillary revenue was up AGAIN for the 3rd year running,up from €598.1m in '09 ---> €663.6m in '10 most of which is achieved by Crew selling items onboard aircraft, Ryanair decided to freeze pay YET AGAIN.
Ryanair Cabin Crew call on MoL,Bonderman and his gang to confirm why a €500,000,000 dividend was paid to undeserving share holders,and why the figure was not adjusted to €480,000,000 to ensure a Q3 profit of €10,000,000.The lose which benifits Ryanair in the long run as they can freeze all pay again.We call on Ryanair to explain why the same benifits havent been applying to the employees who made that €500,000,000 through onboard sales.
Maybe the DAA should ask why Ryanair has been cutting traffic at Dublin Airport for the 2nd year running,with only 12 based aircraft left,down from 21 two years ago. Im sure the DAA will not grant Ryanair discounts as it has become apparent that they have no interest in the Irish people over a small tax impossed on aviation. Pimps, gang masters and people traffickers do this sort of thing with vulnerable and naive young people. The people go to work there in good faith and end up working for next to nothing and are intimidated into compliance by constant threats to their job security, their livelihood and bullying. It's absolutely diabolical.

7.1.3.1 Ryanair shall nominate a home base for each crew member,
7.2.1.7 Home Base: The location nominated by Ryanair to the crew member from where the crew
member normally starts and ends a duty period or a series of duty periods.
HOME BASE? WHICH IS CHANGED EVERY WEEK? WHAT IS SAID BY 'NORMALLY STARTS''?
7.1.3.2 Ryanair appreciates the relationship between the frequencies and pattern of flight
duty periods and rest periods and gives due consideration to the cumulative
effects of undertaking long duty hours interspersed with minimum rest.
WHAT ABOUT FLYING OUT OF BASE, ON A 7/2 ROSTER, WITH INDIRECT POSITIONING FLIGHTS? IS THAT ''APPRECIATED''?
7.1.3.3 Ryanair allocates duty patterns which avoid undesirable practises such as
alternating day/night duties or the positioning of crew members, so that a serious
disruption of established sleep/work pattern does not occur.
WORKING OUT OF BASE, WITH NON DIRECT POSITIONING FLIGHTS IS A SERIOUS DISRUPTION OF SLEEP/WORK....
7.1.3.5 Ryanair rosters will ensure that rest periods provide sufficient time to enable crew
to overcome the effects of the previous duties and to be well rested by the start of
the following flight duty period.
7.1.3.6 Ryanair rosters will ensure that flight duty periods are planned to enable crew
members to remain sufficiently free from fatigue so they can operate to a
satisfactory level of safety under all circumstances.
NONSENSE, WHEN FLYING OUT OF BASE ON A 7/2 ROSTER ALL THE TIME.
NONSENSE, WHEN THE FRIDAY'S ROSTER SUDDENLY STATES YOU HAVE TO FLY OUT OF BASE THE NEXT MONDAY.
AND... LETS SKIP THE TOPIC, LETS GET TO WORK & FATIGUE.
7.1.4 Crew Members' Responsibilities
7.1.4.1 A crew member shall not operate an aeroplane if he/she knows that he/she is
suffering from or is likely to suffer from fatigue or feels unfit, to the extent that
the flight may be endangered.
SO THEY MESS UP, BUT THEY PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY WITH THE ''FREELANCE'' PILOT WHO HAS TO COPE WITH ALL THE COMPANY STRESS.
LET S SEE WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CALL OFF ON EARLY, BECAUSE YOU FEEL TIRED. ITS ALL DAYS STBY THEREAFTER, UNTIL YOU HAD UR MEETING IN STANSTED
7.1.4.2 Crew members shall make optimum use of the opportunities and facilities for rest
provided and plan and use their rest periods properly.
PLAN? HOW CAN YOU PLAN IN THIS CHAOS?
7.2.1.11 Operating Crew Member
A crew member who carries out his/her duties in an aircraft during a flight or
during any part of a flight.
7.2.1.12 Positioning
The transferring of a non-operating crew member from place to place, at the
behest of the operator, excluding travelling time
7.2.1.12.1 Travelling time is defined as:
• Time from home to a designated reporting place and vice verse
• Time for local transfer from a place of rest to the commencement of duty and
vice verse.
7.4.9 Positioning
7.4.9.1 All the time spent on positioning is counted as duty.
SO POSITIONING, WHEN FLYING OUT OF BASE AS A BROOKFIELDER, SHOULD BE COUNTED AS DUTY TIME, SHOULD BE SCHEDULED ON YOUR ROSTER BY THE ROSTERING DEPT. AND SHOULD NOT BE DONE DURING YOUR DAYS OFF.
7.5.1.3.1 Ryanair will have to demonstrate to the Irish Aviation Authority that using
operational experience and taking into account other relevant factors, including
current scientific knowledge, that its approval for reduced rest produces an
equivalent level of safety.
SAFETY… MOST MISTAKES ARE BEING MADE DUE TO FATIGUE…

WHAT IS 'ADEQUATE' REST btw?
7.1.3.1 Ryanair shall nominate a home base for each crew member,
7.2.1.7 Home Base: The location nominated by Ryanair to the crew member from where the crew
member normally starts and ends a duty period or a series of duty periods.
HOME BASE? WHICH IS CHANGED EVERY WEEK? WHAT IS SAID BY 'NORMALLY STARTS''?
7.1.3.2 Ryanair appreciates the relationship between the frequencies and pattern of flight
duty periods and rest periods and gives due consideration to the cumulative
effects of undertaking long duty hours interspersed with minimum rest.
WHAT ABOUT FLYING OUT OF BASE, ON A 7/2 ROSTER, WITH INDIRECT POSITIONING FLIGHTS? IS THAT ''APPRECIATED''?
7.1.3.3 Ryanair allocates duty patterns which avoid undesirable practises such as
alternating day/night duties or the positioning of crew members, so that a serious
disruption of established sleep/work pattern does not occur.
WORKING OUT OF BASE, WITH NON DIRECT POSITIONING FLIGHTS IS A SERIOUS DISRUPTION OF SLEEP/WORK....
7.1.3.5 Ryanair rosters will ensure that rest periods provide sufficient time to enable crew
to overcome the effects of the previous duties and to be well rested by the start of
the following flight duty period.
7.1.3.6 Ryanair rosters will ensure that flight duty periods are planned to enable crew
members to remain sufficiently free from fatigue so they can operate to a
satisfactory level of safety under all circumstances.
NONSENSE, WHEN FLYING OUT OF BASE ON A 7/2 ROSTER ALL THE TIME.
NONSENSE, WHEN THE FRIDAY'S ROSTER SUDDENLY STATES YOU HAVE TO FLY OUT OF BASE THE NEXT MONDAY.

7.1.4 Crew Members' Responsibilities
7.1.4.1 A crew member shall not operate an aeroplane if he/she knows that he/she is
suffering from or is likely to suffer from fatigue or feels unfit, to the extent that
the flight may be endangered.
SO THEY MESS UP, BUT THEY PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY WITH THE ''FREELANCE'' PILOT WHO HAS TO COPE WITH ALL THE COMPANY STRESS.

7.1.4.2 Crew members shall make optimum use of the opportunities and facilities for rest
provided and plan and use their rest periods properly.
PLAN? HOW CAN YOU PLAN IN THIS CHAOS?
7.2.1.11 Operating Crew Member
A crew member who carries out his/her duties in an aircraft during a flight or
during any part of a flight.
7.2.1.12 Positioning
The transferring of a non-operating crew member from place to place, at the
behest of the operator, excluding travelling time
7.2.1.12.1 Travelling time is defined as:
• Time from home to a designated reporting place and vice verse
• Time for local transfer from a place of rest to the commencement of duty and
vice verse.
7.4.9 Positioning
7.4.9.1 All the time spent on positioning is counted as duty.
SO POSITIONING, WHEN FLYING OUT OF BASE AS A BROOKFIELDER, SHOULD BE COUNTED AS DUTY TIME, SHOULD BE SCHEDULED ON YOUR ROSTER BY THE ROSTERING DEPT. AND SHOULD NOT BE DONE DURING YOUR DAYS OFF.
7.5.1.3.1 Ryanair will have to demonstrate to the Irish Aviation Authority that using
operational experience and taking into account other relevant factors, including
current scientific knowledge, that its approval for reduced rest produces an
equivalent level of safety.
SAFETY… MOST MISTAKES ARE BEING MADE DUE TO FATIGUE…
WHY IS THE Irish Aviation Authority ACCEPTING THIS OUT OF BASE FLYING SCAM OFF RYANAIR?

CAVOK CABIN CREW TRAINING SCAM... STOP RECRUITMENT FOR RYANAIR SCAMMERS AS A DIRECT RESULT OF ''NO INTEREST FROM YOUNG PEOPLE...RYANAIR/CREWLINK WILL NOT RECRUIT FOR CABIN CREW IN SCOTLAND
Cavok who are set up by Crewlink who are set up by Ryanair to recruit young students in Europe over the internet had to cancel a recruitment day in Milan last month December.
We at Ryanairdontcare Campaign have been informed that no young people were interested in working for Ryanair as the message is getting out their, Ryanair cabin crew training is a SCAM and the Probationary Cabin Crew job they offer you is also a SCAM....

RYANAIR WEEK OF ACTION ALL OVER EUROPE 12th MARCH 2012 AGAINST CHIEF EXPLOITERS OF AVIATION CREW ''RYANAIR''...PASSENGERS BOYCOTT RYANAIR MARCH 2012
In the campaign's New Year message, Ryanairdontcare Campaign calls for a week of action against Ryanair starting on March 12th 2012 (St Patrick's Day falls on the 17th). In particular, we are asking for actions (pickets, occupations, leafletting etc at each and every European airport they fly ) to take place on March 15th, which is the day of the Ryanair Chase at Cheltenham Races, where actions are planned. We will also be calling on the public to boycott the airline for the duration of the week action.

Ryanairdontcare Campaign was set in 2008 by John Foley a father of an 18 year old girl called Sarah.
Her dream job at a very young age was to become cabin crew.
In 2008 she was recruited over the Internet by StJames Management.Given false hopes on a job in aviation based in Dublin and subsequently Terminated.
Her last month salary was never paid to her,Ryanair/Crewlink kept it all .She had no way of returning home from Dublin to Liverpool as she had no salary.She went to Ryanair's Head Office to ask,as she was given a free flight from Liverpool to Dublin to start work could Ryanair return her home please.
She informed Ryanair that she had no money and was alone in Dublin at 18 years of age.
RYANAIR Told Her '' You Don't Work For Us Anymore''.
It took her 5 days after Termination to contact her parents as she thought it was her mistake and had let her parents back home down....
The day before Sarah was Terminated in Dublin Sarah was asked by a Ryanair Supervisor to resign.
A fee is payable once you resign and this Supervisor new Termination was next day..
ONE MORE WAY TO EXPLOIT MORE MONEY FROM SARAH.
Sarah is not alone...Many young people as Probationary cabin crew at Ryanair are treated the very same way.

As you know training is now paid through monthly deductions...This is a result of Ryanairdontcare Campaign's Complaining to Allied Irish Bank and the Irish financial ombudsman which stopped this AIB 3,500 Euro Ryanair Training loan to Probationary Cabin Crew for training to be paid in one payment...
Agents Crewlink,Workforce are the very same as Brookfield, Hourly rate of pay billed to Ryanair is much higher than what these so called third party agents pay crew...
Business is Business but don't scam your own workers.
