Due to the fact that many visits to this blog over the last few weeks are googling Ryanair cabin crew contract, showing young people are going to the internet for transparency which Ryanair's shell companies Crewlink and Workforce International are guilty of misleading claims. You can view the probationary Ryanair cabin crew contract below.

A few important points which are not explain in this contract are posted below. The wording Seasonal Cabin Crew is used to offer you a nine month period of employment with three months not paid.
1, The wording fixed term contract means new recruits are believing they are contracted to this job for a time period From commence on «Online_Date» ("the Commencement Date") and will end no later than «Contract_End_Date»....john said,
This is simple NOT true.New recruits can and will be TERMINATED to suit the company.Termination rate of new recruited Ryanair cabin crew is calculated on the amount of people Crewlink and Dalmac recruit. The more they recruit the more will be TERMINATED.Ryanair's Crew control will alter your roster patterns which contributes to you being late for your shift,NO Show and sickness days added.
2, If during the probationary period the company is dissatisfied with your performance or conduct, your employment may be terminated by the company giving you the statutory notice period or payment in lieu thereof.....john said,Performance is very important here which relates to your on board sales,No shows and sick days which can be added by Ryanair's crew control.
3, Your main responsibilities will include: passenger safety, assistance and control; boarding and ground duties.....john said,This is not true, your main duty responsibility on board Ryanair is on board sales.
4,Flight pay will be paid one month in arrears and directly
into your bank account......john said,Ryanair insist you open a Bank of Ireland bank account(not include UK) so your monthly salary is paid into. The reason being once you are TERMINATED your bank account will be frozen by Bank of Ireland and your last months salary will be targeted by Ryanair's shell companies Crewlink Ireland and Workforce International.Ryanair work closely with Bank of Ireland and target new recruits PAYE payments at the 40% higher rate..
5,Flight pay is calculated on scheduled block hour basis, and includes a premium for all hours associated with flight duty; including but not limited to pre and post flight reporting, delays and all on-board duties....john said,This means you are only PAID when the aircraft in air born.Cleaning the aircraft, turn around time, checking passengers at gates, loading passengers on board and any delays you are NOT paid.
6, The Bonus is non contractual in status and is not intended to be
incorporated into your contract.Once notice to terminate employment has been given by either you or the Company, you will not from that date be
entitled to receive any payment of Sales Bonus for in-flight sales whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any accrued but unpaid Sales Bonus due at the date notice to terminate has been given...john said,Your on board sales bonus payment of 10% is tallied by the No1 on board each flight and paid monthly with NO paper calculation given to new recruits. So no transparency involved.Once TERMINATION is given any on board sales bonus you earned will be KEPT by Ryanair's Crewlink and Workforce International.
7, STANDBY DAYS,
Seasonal Cabin Crew will be required to work a number of “Stand By Day” per month, whereby they must be available to work within one hour of being called. If called to work remuneration will be in way of the standard scheduled block....john said, if your not called you are NOT paid. This could happen up to three times in one week.
Standby days in uniform at the airport could be a 10 hour shift which if your not used to fly you will check in passengers, baggage checking selling of travel tickets etc.All your paid to do the above is €3 per hour
YES only €3 per hour....
