British Airline Pilots Association BALPA News Letter Today. TO ALL RYANAIR PILOTS IN THE UK Dear Colleague Thank you to all of the pilots who have recently attended meetings or have contacted us at BALPA House regarding the recent events in Ryanair. BALPA congratulate the Ryanair pilots on the breath-taking speed of organising a pan-European campaign for unity. In many ways we are not surprised that the vast majority of the pilot community have united in such a way. The Company’s hostility towards unions is well known, so in the absence of such structures, it was inevitable the pilots themselves would form their own collective voice at some point. The ERC structures, for so many years have been used by Ryanair to ‘negotiate deals’ base by base and to segregate natural pilot groups. The use of Brookfield and Storm contract pilots exclude a huge percentage of the pilot group from ERC discussions so the demand for proper contracts of employment is certainly long overdue. BALPA, along with the other Member Associations and the European Cockpit Association support the EERC and their call to negotiate with Ryanair. A letter to all UK ERC reps from BALPA can be found here, the same or similar letters have been sent to ERC’s across Europe. Could you please ensure that this is circulated to as many Ryanair pilots as possible. Unless your ERC reps is a member of BALPA they may not receive this directly. The BALPA National Executive Committee (the elected governing body of BALPA) met today and reaffirmed their support to all Ryanair pilots to exercise their right to organise. BALPA will speak on behalf of the Ryanair pilots in Government, Europe and the media. We will assist Ryanair members in their activity and union membership drive and facilitate meetings and events across the UK bases on request. We have been advised today that a ballot closed in STN. In response to a question ‘do you want a new ERC election’ - 90% of those who voted had voted yes. Despite this, the airline seems set on undermining any real negotiations and yet seems willing to throw money at the problem. What is needed is long term security not short-term fixes. How much value has a one-off cash payment now if the airline refuses to increase your pay, improve benefits, pensions or provide proper contracts for the next 10 years. Ryanair pilots would benefit long-term from a real negotiating structure with proper elected and trained reps. BALPA can support this - if the pilots support it. The company have inadvertently presented the pilot community with an opportunity to demand more than a short-term gain. You have the support of the whole of BALPA including 10,000 UK members and you have public opinion on your side. We support the simple and realistic demands made by the EERC. Proper contracts and a collective voice are not unreasonable. Keep unity and momentum with the EERC campaign and make base by base deals a thing of the past and demand proper contracts and a collective voice. In unity – your BALPA team

John said, The Ryanair pilots have not reacted well to this.Ryanair chief David Bonderman and CEO MichaelO'Leary are kings of workforce exploitation.Thousands of young cabin crew have been exploited since Bonderman came on board, my 18 year old daughter being one of them. My eight year fight to expose Ryanair will continue and I am hoping to write a book very soon which will show how bad Ryanair are. So much information I have that Ryanair don't want the public to see. This book will shock and amaze you at the same time. Not only Ryanair but Irish Government, Aviation Authorities UK and Ireland, Irish Banks and multi €millions earned through exploitation of pilots and cabin crew. I am no one special, just a fatherbut I am to my four daughter's and this book is dedicated to one,my daughter Sarah who went through so much pain as a result of abuse at the hands of Ryanair exploitation. Kindest regards John. If you can help this protect of mine please contribute through PayPal jonnyjade@yahoo.co.uk Kindest regards John Ryanairdontcare Campaign.

SHOCKING RYANAIR MEMO TO CABIN CREW. PLEASE SHARE... Ryanair Cabin Crew Said, Ryanair give cabin crew 50 low quality napkins a day to use during the bar service to passengers on board. One aircraft can do up to 8 flights a day with over 1000 passengers in summer months.Once we finish giving out those napkins we have to resort to using TOILET paper ,which is kept inside the aircraft lavatories.Ryanair sent all cabin crew a memo asking us to use less Toilet paper to save money even though Ryanair made €1.3 Billion profit in 2016. John said, Not only does this show how cheap and cost cutting Ryanair are but the fact that passengers that order food and drinks on board are given toilet paper from public lavatories on board. Remember next time your on board a Ryanair flight "Think before you buy any drinks or food"... Look at the Ryanair memo below and please share.

Dear Taoiseach, I am in contact with your office today to inform you of the email below which has been sent to World Cup Rugby. Kindest regards John Foley Ryanairdontcare Campaign www.ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.com Dear sir, I am in contact with you today regarding Irelands bid to host 2023 Rugby World Cup. I must make you aware of the pilot and cabin crew employment conditions and practice's at Ryanair which has lead to many pilots leaving Ryanair. For many years now exploitation of a workforce at Ryanair is paramount, union recognition is none existent which makes the way clear for this foul treatment of crew at Ryanair. The Irish Government and Irish Aviation Authority's blatant ignorance of this problem has lead to severe stress, depression and in cases suicide of crew at Ryanair. My Ryanairdontcare Campaign was set up to expose this problem and over the year's has involved high visable protests.I can confirm the financial benefits that Ryanair will achieve in winning this bid will not in anyway shape or form in crease Salary payment to 4,000 cabin crew. I must make you aware that if Ireland win this bid and I am of good health and able to protest in 2023 I will. As you can see below I have disrupted sporting events in UK and will continue in Ireland is needed. Thank you for your time. BALPA General Secretary @BrianStrutton on @SkyNews this afternoon: "We are doing everything we can to help Monarch pilots. We already have 18 airlines that have expressed an interest in recruiting these experienced pilots. We hope to find them jobs as swiftly as possible."

Ryanair law Chief Juliusz Komorek contacting Google in 2012 regarding Liverpool's Ryanairdontcare Campaign's prominence on the Ryanair page on Google News. Komorek putting Ryanair's case forward after Blog posts relating to a Ryanair Liverpool Pilot who committed suicide in 2011. In total 120 blog posts where deleted to which Ryanair would have had to pay €Thousands to achieve. This is the Ryanair Complaint below about Ryanairdontcare Campaign's founder John Foley to Google... Personal message to David Bonderman (Real Ryanair Chief ) and Ryanair's CEO Michael O'Leary, Eight years on and a father's struggle will continue to expose the exploitation of crew at Ryanair. Mountain View, CA, 94043, US Received on April 04, 2012 Re: Unknown SENT VIA: UNKNOWN NOTICE TYPE:Defamation Legal Complaint STRICTLY PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL Re: Ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.com Dear Sirs, Ryanairdontcarecrew.blogspot.com (“Ryanairdontcare”) is an anti-Ryanair site, which promulgates false and defamatory statements about Ryanair’s aircraft safety, operating procedures and crew employment conditions, both directly and also through the libcom.org blog. We are extremely concerned that Google has recently promoted this misleading and defamatory site by giving it prominence on the Ryanair page on Google News. The Ryanairdontcare blog was established by Mr. John Foley. It is not the first blog Mr. Foley has had and in fact a similar abusive blog by Mr. Foley, located at a marginally different address, ryanairdontcare.blogspot.com, was closed down by Google on 13 May 2011. Mr. Foley also had a site at www.irishaviationauthority.com which has been suspended. Mr. Foley developed his misguided grudge against Ryanair when his daughter had her probationary employment terminated (by one of our contract agencies) in November 2008 following the first seven weeks of her probationary employment due to repeated absenteeism. Ever since Mr. Foley has pursued an increasingly erratic and dangerous campaign to publicly defame Ryanair. This campaign has included stunts such as unsafe trespass on the roof of Liverpool Airport, trespass across the track at Cheltenham race course in March 2011 (endangering himself, the horses and jockeys) and more recently handcuffing himself to the goalposts at an English Premiership match in Goodson Park. As a result of these extremely dangerous stunts the UK police and court services have issued Mr. Foley with an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (copy as posted on Mr. Foley’s blog available on request) which will be the subject of a court hearing on 24 April next. Ryanair has not taken legal action against Mr. Foley because he has no resources and it would only serve to give him more publicity for his senseless and defamatory campaign. Ryanairdontcare’s completely untrue claims, which mainly denigrate Ryanair’s aircraft safety, operating procedures and crew employment, also include allegations of suicide and depression among our employees as Defamation Claim #1.

RYANAIR MEMO. EMAIL BELOW SHOWING RYANAIR WANT CABIN CREW TO FIGHT FOR ON BOARD SALES. DESTRUCTION OF TEAM WORK PREVOKES LACK OF AWARENESS ON BOARD IN CASE OF EMERGENCY..."PRIORITY SALES NOT SAFETY" Here you can see a threatening MEMO from a Ryanair base supervisor. People received letters like this to scare people. The pourpose of this letter is to avoid people marking items sold in other colleague's names to encourage people fighting for selling and get more commissions on board. This strategy has been used already for 2 years and even colleagues they cheat to take advantage of putting more sold items on the personal devices. It is a clear sign of destruction of team work which is an important factor when working in a aircraft environment by the mood of the cabin crew should not be angry about what you sell or if the colleague has sold more than others. That provokes a lack of situational awareness in case of an emergency or any problem may arise. Best Regards, ......... .........
