People received letters like this to scare people. The pourpose of this letter is to avoid people marking items sold in other colleague's names to encourage people fighting for selling and get more commissions on board. This strategy has been used already for 2 years and even colleagues they cheat to take advantage of putting more sold items on the personal devices. It is a clear sign of destruction of team work which is an important factor when working in a aircraft environment by the mood of the cabin crew should not be angry about what you sell or if the colleague has sold more than others.
