Turn over of new recruits are the highest in aviation as well as TERMINATION at Ryanair as a direct result of Ryanair's policy, ''Recruitment for Termination''. (this will never be said by others in fear of court action from Ryanair) which wrecks so many young students lives all over Europe.
A new joiners allowance of 1.200 Euro is paid to new recruits over a period of time.This is a scam as once terminated all this allowance is paid back to Ryanair..Ryanair pretend to help but they only help themselves to Probationary Cabin Crews money...
Most Probationary Cabin Crew are Terminated before the 6 month and 12th month were no legal claim of unfair dismissal can be placed against Ryanair or so called agents,Crewlink or Workforce International...
All Probationary Cabin Crew outside of the UK have to open a Bank of Ireland account for salary payment.
This is one more way to exploit students through this bank.No bank loan for training is available anymore as a direct result of RyanairDontCare Campaign.The Allied Irish Bank were passed this loan agreement from Bank of Ireland in 2009.December 2010 the Allied Irish Bank stopped this loan for Ryanair's cabin crew training course....''doomed to fail'' Michael O'Leary.......................................
