Ryanairdontcare Campaign can confirm Ryanair and St James Management are using a company called M2 Training Limited to receive training money from the UK Government to train cabin crew.We also confirm Ryanair are using Apprenticeship cabin crew (could be a safety issue if Apprenticeships are worked instead of contracted cabin crew) which is being funded by the UK Government.
As Ryanair cabin crew training is a 6 week training program it is not clear how this training falls into Apprenticeships. With Termination of probationary cabin crew at Ryanair up to 60% of new recruits all paying up to 3000 euro to train, something seems to be wrong here.....
As Ryanair use a so called agent to give out working contracts and bill Ryanair a much higher hourly rate of pay for probationary cabin crew these Apprenticeship contracts must act the very same way...
Ryanair probationary cabin crew are paid 14 euro per hour before tax from the so called agent..Ryanair pay so called agents up to 28 euro per hour.
Ryanair Apprenticeships are paid less than 7 euro per hour before tax from a so called agent.Ryanair pay a so called agent up to 28 euro per hour....As you can see the very high hourly rate paid by Ryanair to agents does not go to cabin crew but in the pockets of WHO ????? If Ryanair have set up these agents, which they have, money going to Ryanair.... THIS IS A SCAM not only to SHAREHOLDERS but to probationary Ryanair cabin crew....Contacts below are from Ryanairdontcare Campaign and Skills Funding Agency.

Subject: COMPLAINT Information ref 22-07-2012
Dear Skills Funding Agency,
I am in contact with you today regarding information you kindly supplied to me regarding my request for information that relates to M2 Training Limited Re: Request for Information ref 22-07-2012.
This complaint relates to the whole payment which may have been given to M2 Training Limited since 01-07-2010 for the purpose of Cabin Crew Apprenticeships/Certificate for Cabin Crew (QCF)/NVQ in Aviation Operations in the Air/Cabin Crew.I am aware of payments totalling £458,000 which were received by M2 Training Limited from Skills Funding Agency for academic year 2010/11).
I must start by giving you some information regarding cabin crew recruitment and training in the UK which relates to M2 Training Limited,to which Skills Funds were applied for and excepted by M2 Training Limited with St James Management Services Limited and Ryanair Holdings Plc involved with students.
As you may be aware,Ryanair are one of Europe's largest and most profitable airline's with a cabin crew base of up to 5000.Ryanair use four companies ''Names'', Crewlink Ireland Limited, Dalmac/Workforce International,Cavok and St James Management Services Limited.( http://stjames.gb.com/ryanair/ ) registered no 05011666, head office address the same as M2 Training Limited, Cirencester,GL7 1YS.
My focus of complaint relates to M2 Training Limited,St James Management Services Limited and Ryanair Holdings Plc.St James Management Services Limited recruit students and facilitate a training facility for Ryanair cabin crew trainers.Young people are recruited over the Internet from all over Europe by St James Management Services Limited ,charged a cabin crew training fee of up to 3000 euro depending which company has recruited the student to become probationary Ryanair cabin crew.
This Ryanair cabin crew training course consists of a 6 week practical and theory study, with a maximum of 34 days from start to finish. On successful completion of this Ryanair training course an offer through Crewlink Ireland Limited and Dalmac/Workforce International of a 3 year agency contract, with half being on a probationary period.I must point out that Ryanair have the largest Termination rate of new recruits in Europe.
In July 2010 St James Management Services Limited added three new board directors,
Mr John Michael Henry,Mr Philip James Linehan and Mr Duncan Nayor plus M2 Training being a shareholder which is quite disturbing..
What i believe could be happening is that M2 Training Limited are applying for funds from Skills Funding Agency, with St James Management Limited being involved with Ryanair, these students could be charged twice for this very same cabin crew training course plus Cabin Crew Apprenticeships based on-board Ryanair aircraft with training being a 34 training day course plus a high Termination rate.
As for Certificate for Cabin Crew (QCF)/NVQ,there is no evidence that these certificate will help students gain future employment, as Ryanair's recruitment policy clearly states ,all students must complete Ryanair's own training course before working on-board their aircraft.
This cabin crew training policy is for all airlines not only Ryanair.
I feel the whole monies being paid from Skills Funding Agency with regards cabin crew must be investigated fully and maybe other payments relating to M2 Training Limited could be in question.
As you will see from the email below,Citizens Advice Bureau have been in contact with me in 2012,to which a high level of Termination of probationary Ryanair cabin crew were talked about by the CAB in a telephone conversation.I must also point out Ryanairdontcare Campaign deals with Termination of young probationary Ryanair cabin crew.
Thank you for your time.
Kindest regards
John Foley

Dear Mr Foley
Further to my earlier email of 3 Sept regarding M2 Training Ltd, I am writing to inform you of the result of our investigations into the concerns you raised.
We have now looked thoroughly into the training they are providing to Ryan Air personnel, which we fund, including checking the individual records of learners, and we cannot find anything that gives us cause for concern. All Ryan Air learners meet our eligibility criteria and are in that sense ‘legitimate’; and we can see no quality issues in relation to the training programmes in terms of success rates, drop-out rates, or, indeed, overall quality.
As far as we are concerned, the Skills Funding Agency funded training that M2 Training Ltd provides to Ryan Air personnel contains nothing untoward requiring further investigation or action. We are content that our funding is not being put to any improper use.
Thank you once again for raising your concerns with the Agency.
Kind regards

thank you ryanairdontcare
Its a step on the job ladder with experience and a qualification gained, better than college imo. I'd love the oppertunity to do something like this. The poor wage is still better than borrowing student loans to then end up in tescos. I think of litter picking children in Mumbai, that's child labour, this is just silly.
Above, how is it on job ladder, experience and qualification.
Job not if your terminated or let go...Experience t any airline is good, qualification which is no benefit to you for applying to other airlines..These are smoke screens put in place by Ryanair to pay Apprenticeship cabin crew under 6 euro per hour which will reduce all probationary cabin crews salary..Open your eyes please. Thanks for your comment...
