This Merseyside teenager has done really well getting his wings,like many young probationary cabin crew at Ryanair do,these young people are trained as Pilots and cabin crew at Ryanair with 60% of new recruited probationary Ryanair cabin crew terminated in under 12 months.
Ryan Irwin will now have to invests thousands of pounds,paid to Ryanair to train to fly their Boeing 737–800 aircraft....
On paying and passing this training to fly Boeing 737-800 he will be offered a contract through a Pilot agency,chosen by Ryanair,given a probationary contract with him applying as being self employed,being no pension, no contributions, no health care from Ryanair.
Hourly rate of pay paid by Ryanair to Pilot agency which is 50% less what Ryan Irwin will be paid,importantly Ryanairdontcare Campaign must confirm the Pilot agency to which Ryan Irwin is contracted too is run by a former Ryanair employee....''SMELL A RAT''?
Ryanairdontcare Campaign are grateful that Ryanair are using media SPIN in Liverpool which is the home of the largest Anti Ryanair Campaign.This shows Ryanairdontcare Campaign is still a large threat to Ryanair's Recruitment for Termination policy.

What absolute craziness you talk! Ryanair has around 3500 pilots, so yeah, one suicide, is a probability, happens in many companies! We are some of the best trained and we have you seen our contracts ... We get paid well!
Anonymous above,you could have given us your name,our campaign is no threat to crew or is it Ryanair you are scared of....Let me start by saying Ryanair do not have 3500 pilots,agencies have 80%+ of this total with Ryanair having only 20%- which you have failed to say.As for suicide in any job is very sad,suicide and suicidal thoughts of any crew member at any airline is serious as many passengers lives could be at risk.You may be some of the best trained Pilots in aviation but your controlled by Europe's worst aviation employer ''RYANAIR''...I am in a position to see contracts from probationary Ryanair crew members.You say you get paid well,you can only comment on your own experience working at Ryanair with many Pilots pushing for a union presence inside Ryanair.As you will be aware,if you are inside Ryanair,Bulling from management to any crew member,especially Pilots who try to be organized.
