Comment above.
Yes i do believe i have.Young people wishing a career in aviation as cabin crew can see the true picture of life at Ryanair.
Ryanair/Crewlink/Dalmac/StJames Management themselves have changed many things as a result of this campaign,BIG one being a training loan given to new recruits by Bank of Ireland/Allied Irish Bank, putting them in even deeper dept once terminated, was stopped December 2010 as a direct result of this campaign which will continue whilst David Bonderman & Michael O'Leary are involved at Ryanair.
Thank you for your comment and links.

but they still get the loan, don't they?

As far as i am aware, Ryanair cabin crew training loans have stopped since 2010..If new recruits can not pay the training fee in full then Ryanair do monthly deduction from their salary...As for pilots that is a different story which i am not involved in..thank you for your comment above.

So well done John. Congratulations for your successful campaign. But do they still terminate 60% of the new Cabin Crew recruits?

As for the amount of TERMINATIONS it all depends on hope many they recruit. With over 20 recruitment days a month at RYANAIR you can guess that many will be recruited and hours will be needed for these new recruits even if they only work a few hours a week...
80% of Ryanair's cabin crew are probationary and contracted through Workforce & Crewlink.
Ryanair's policy on recruitment which they never tell you. ''the more they recruit the more they Terminate''...Thank you for your comment.
