termination business

So what you are saying, their last commission, after they are terminated, is paid to him?
Are they paid their commission on monthly basis?

Once you are informed of your Termination your last month commission is not given, even it is a whole month this is stated in the contract that is signed.A % of this is pay to him and senior staff at Crewlink.Keeping up the Terminations clearly pays. Thanks for your comment.

Is Crewlink involved in termination or only in recruitment?
Why would recruiter be getting a bonus from termination?

Crewlink was set up in 2004 as Crewlink Ltd by Ryanair. The company is registered in the name of Judy Byrne and Frank Whelan and is a shell company of Ryanair. It was liquidated in 2008 with a new company being set up Crewlink Ireland Ltd which is still trading.Crewlink Ireland Ltd Recruit young people all over Europe to become cabin crew.Ryanair staff conduct cabin crew training once successfully completed you are given a contract from Crewlink Ireland Ltd to work on board Ryanair aircraft.November 2014 Judy Byrne and Frank Whelan set up a new company called Crewlink Dublin Ltd..It is a maze of companies set up to continue to exploit and Terminated as many new recruits as they can recruit and continue the per hour rate of pay scam which is one of the main reason for Terminations..Thanks for your comment..
