Ive had 7 days work in the past month and I'll be lucky if I get enough to pay rent this month! Also she said we're very likely to be going back on a 6-2 6-3 roster. People with contracts are getting a pay rise while all us agency workers are getting absolutely nothing again and were told like it or leave! Good Luck!

Hi, in which base are you in?

Of course it all depends on the base you are based at, the smaller the base the less chance for you to be promoted.

Yes, we might be going back to 6-2-6-3, but this is as a result of the agreement Ryanair contractors had 7 years ago and since the agreement is expiring this April.
This is nothing to do with the work environment for the crew...
If we don't sign the agreement everyone will get 8 more days of holidays a year and 1 more shift less a month.
You going to get 1 more day of work a week, but is most likely to be a HSBY, since you can't go over 100 hours a month...

Nobody says it is easy job in Ryanair... I'm not saying that sometimes I'm so pissed off with the entire world that i just want to give my resignation in, pack my bags and go...

There will be always people who will badmouth the airline and there will always be people who had a bad experience in the airline and who have been treated in inappropriate way and the only thing they do is write about this in a forum and not take any action but cry in a pillow for whoever has treated them badly...

I have been working in the airline for 9 years and went through loads of up and downs in this airline and know people who have been demoted unfairly, but they have been promoted after that and they still working and trying their best...

Aggressive questions Malchiwka,i think we can let members of this forum decide why you have refused to answer why you are pretending to be going on a training course on one post, then on other post saying you have worked for ryanair for nine years.
This is called lying my friend...

Hi John,

I'm a member of that forum too and I too find him suspicious, he constantly contradicts himself and I do believe that he is fake.

Oh and John.. I've just come across this picture on Google on some hairstyle website.. It's his profile picture off the cabin crew forum! He is indeed fake and this has proved it - Take a look http://haircutspictures.biz/picture/259-Beautiful-male-grading-haircut.html

he MIGHT be going to the training, even if he's 9 years in the company. He might be doing a refresher training after a long leave, or he might even be an instructor.
As for the picture, lots of people uses fake pictures to protect their privacy.

This conversation proves nothing.

Protect privacy by using other person's photo, Do the cabin crew in Ryanair's charity calendar put out fake photo to protect their privacy ?..PROTECT PRIVACY are you for real?
we are talking about a company ''RYANAIR'' who lie, deceive and take your salary and you talk about privacy from malchiwka who is a FAKE...

i just pointed out that, based only on that conversation, you did not prove he is a "fake": He MIGHT be 9 years in the company and still attending training.
About the picture, like it or not, people dont always use their real pictures or names on internet (hey, i bet "malchiwka" is not his real name too)that doesnt "prove" anything.

Fake meaning A thing that is not genuine.
This person has used other persons photo so it is not Genuine right so it is a fake.
This person is letting new recruits believe he works at Ryanair as cabin crew,he loads a photo with a name,it may not be his real name,it may not be his real photo, people who visit this forum are mostly new recruits wanting information before they join Ryanair, they believe his photo and comments to be real, when they are fake...As for attending the training on 22nd,malchiwka clearly states he will see them at the training, saying it to make them feel comfortable in making sure they go, this photo is fake, how do they identify this very helpful and friendly Fake Malchiwka..Also on one of Malchiwka comment to a new recruit, points out, ''I've been there few times teaching'' which sound like a trainer(instructor)..Do you really believe a Ryanair trainer has decided to be probationary cabin crew ? going from a Trainer salary to probationary cabin crew salary..
FAKE WRITTEN ALL OVER IT...
Thanks for your comment.

Would also like to point out Ryanair's CEO Michael O'Leary ''SCUM BAG'' was thought to have joined . pprune.com under a FAKE name

you don't post on pprune.com under the alias of Leo Hairy-Camel by any chance, do you?!!!

(it is believed on pprune.com that Leo Hairy-Camel is a senior member of Ryanair Management, possibly O'Leary himself)
