RYANAIR EXPLOIT...RYANAIR BASE SUPERVISORS EMER O'CALLAGHAN WORKING TARGET..PROFIT PRIORITY..

Ryanair Europe's greatest exploiter of young people send working targets for base supervisors, exploit more and more......
As you will see below, Emer O'Callaghan head of in flight's target report to all base supervisors 2013-2014 which clearly shows the real story about working for Europe's Greatest Training ROBBERS Ryanair...

John said,
Young probationary Ryanair cabin crew do not have a chance of a decent job when it comes to working at Ryanair.Termination of new recruits has fallen from 60% thanks to my campaign of targeting Crewlink and Dalmac(workforce international) recruitment days .This will continue Mr O'Leary....
ATTENDACE
As you can see cabin crew are deducted money from their salary if they are absent..If they are sick and can not get a doctors note in English, deductions from their salary are made.
Attrition meaning when it comes to Ryanair (Reduce the strength/effectiveness of cabin crew by attack and pressure) leading them to leave....
ATTRITION
As you can see Bristol has a surplus of cabin crew like most bases but continue recruitment of young people, all paying up to 3000 euro to train. The target of 850 hours in one year is for Ryanair contracted cabin crew which is only 20% of Ryanair's cabin crew workforce.

Target for FY 13.14
As you can see letters from agencies (crewlink being Ryanair) need O'Callaghan approval as there are so many being given out. This is a very big part of the TERMINATION scam at Ryanair.
Unpaid leave
Up to 3 months must be taken even though recruitment dates are increased prier to these months.

Most employers set targets and standards. Get a job and you will see first hand.
