Ryanair Denmark Press Conference - July 2015 saw Ryanair's CEO Michael O'leary had set up a answer's and questions press conference with pilots and cabin crew who all have Ryanair contracts.As you can hear these Ryanair employee's where hand picked well paid workers who have a Ryanair contract.
With 60% of crew at Ryanair recruited through a Shell company set up by Ryanair which is called Crewlink Ireland Ltd.
Crewlink are giving out 60% cabin crew contracts for Ryanair with nearly all being terminated under one year for profit .For many year now this blog Ryanairdontcare Campaign has been very criticle of the Crewlink Ryanair cabin crew contract which is an employment Scam racking in multi €millions in profit each month.
Ryanair stand for no blame as they set up this shell company as the way forward in racking in profit from Terminations.
You can clearly hear the tone of O'leary's voice when the journalist asks questions about Crewlink contracts and this journalist quotes the 60% this blog has been putting out for many years.
Ryanair's Michael O'leary is a bully to his staff and is a lier..
Great to see the Danish union's fighting Ryanair.
Now listen to this recording from 28.36 min to 34.00..At 32.40 min the female cabin crew state's she was on a Crewlink contract and was sick and had no issue's with money and implies she was paid by Crewlink when she went off sick which is a lie.
If your on a Crewlink contract you have NO pay if you phone in sick.Crewlink contract states no pay if your sick.
You can clearly see Michael O'leary in the press conference is not happy talking about Crewlink contracts..Ask yourself why...
