Pilot James Anderson is a very nice man trying to protect young probationary cabin crew at Ryanair who were being exploited and still are by Ryanair for profit....These young people's lives are wrecked and Mr Anderson tried to help but paid a heavy price for standing up to Ryanair Exploiters.

As you can see from the two items above,the mirror have reported these stories but i can not understand why a National newspaper ''Daily Mirror'' would cater for a company ''Ryanair''who your paper targeted in GIZZA PROPER JOB to give a page spread talking with Michael O'Leary in Dublin.Graham Hiscott did not once ask any employment questions which i am sure the Daily Mirror are aware of....

As you are aware of the protest against Ryanair on 17th March 2011 at the finish of the Ryanair Chase which has lead to a banning order for 10 years being put in place on 31st May 2011.

To inform you were our Ryanairdontcare Campaign stands on this issue ''RYANAIR CHASE'' we will continue to peacefully protest against Ryanair events in the UK and Ireland if this includes the Ryanair Chase so be it....

The exploitation of so many young people wishing to become cabin crew all over Europe whose lives are wrecked by Ryanair is the main reason  for Protests.

You may feel Cheltenham and the British Horseracing Authority have no involvement in these issues which is now not true.You are aware of the reasons for the protest on 17th March 2011 and would hope any future sponsorship from Ryanair would stop.

I would also ask you to contact Mr O'Leary himself to see how committed Ryanairdontcare Campaign is with regards Protests..One example i refer to is the 2011 Ryanair AGM in Dublin were extra security guards and Police were deployed to stop a repeat of Ryanairdontcare Campaign's 2010 AGM Protest.

This deployment failed miserably and highlighted two points,the danger to my own health by Security Guards who were heavy handed towards me more the same as the assault against me at Cheltenham after  i was arrested and he 100% commitment of Ryanairdontcare Campaign.

Today Ryanairdontcare Campaign's founder John Foley sent a letter to Ryanair's second in command Michael O'Leary regarding the payment Ryanair took off my daughter for her Ryanair uniform which was kept by Ryanair.
I have asked O'Leary for either the return of the Ryanair uniform for the full payment my daughter Sarah paid.This payment was taken out of her last months salary in 2008....

Probationary Ryanair Cabin Crew who are based at John Lennon Airport and are not from Liverpool who worked Xmas eve will not have spent any time with family and friends on Xmas day..The reason for this is,Ryanair roster these Probationary Cabin Crew to either work Boxing Day or place them on Home stand-by..Boxing day is no extra pay for Probationary Cabin Crew even though Ryanair hike up the price of these flights..Also some would have gone home who were on home stand-by as they would not have been called in to work but Ryanair  have called all Probationary Cabin Crew to see if any were home or did not answer the phone...This is calculated exploitation to get a reason for Termination if ever they need one.

This is a very sad time to be Probationary Cabin Crew at Ryanair,abused even more at Xmas...SHAME on you BODERMAN and O'LEARY-----SCAMMERS....

The on line retail giant has started hiring staff for its £60m distribution centre next to the M90 in Dunfermline, which is set to create at least 1,000 jobs.
Amazon received almost £9m in grants from Scottish Enterprise for the centre — hailed as a much-needed boost to the local economy.
However, Scottish Trades Union Congress assistant secretary Stephen Boyd criticised the Scottish Government for supporting companies such as Amazon and Ryanair, neither of which recognise unions.
He said: ''If we're giving grants to the Amazons and the Ryanairs of this world then we want these jobs to be sustainable and we want these jobs to be decent.
''Simply shouting about 1,000 new jobs in the Scottish economy is not going to cut it over the long term.''
In 2007, a row broke out about working conditions at Amazon's Greenock base. At the time, the GMB said the company was taking advantage of the fact people in the area were ''desperate for jobs''.
Mr Boyd claimed events at Greenock represented ''some of the very, very worst employment standards you will see right across the UK economy", and added: "The Scottish Government should not be in the business of supporting this type of company.''
He continued: "We've seen over the last few years a couple of significant investments into Scotland from what we would describe as some of the worst employers.
"We're providing grants to these companies to set up in Scotland but we have to start stipulating that we expect minimum returns in terms of employment standards."

I am contacting you today regarding Ryanair Training Grants.My name is John Foley from Liverpool who founded Ryanairdontcare Campaign in 2008, which deals with Termination,Recruitment,Training and Probationary Employment Contracts at Ryanair.Priority is given to young students as Probationary Cabin Crew who we believe are exploited by Ryanair for profit and in most cases after termination,these young students are left in a different country without funds to return home.

The reason for my contact is regarding a payment Scottish Enterprise gave to Ryanair for maintenance hanger at Prestwick February 2011.The Scottish Government supported the project i have been informed.
I have been informed £640,000 in training grants were given to Ryanair in 2010.I feel it is important to establish,
1,Training grant given to Ryanair, for what job training involved inside Ryanair was it given for.
2,How many jobs were created by this training grant to scottish citizens.
3, Do Scottish Enterprise have records which confirm any termination levels, relating to any training given for this £640,000 training loan.

Ryanair Officially Open £8m Prestwick Hangar

Ryanair, the world’s favourite airline, today (16^th Feb) officially opened its second maintenance hangar at Glasgow Prestwick Airport which cost £8m and will sustain 200 engineering jobs, increasing the total jobs supported by Ryanair in Ayrshire to over 2,400. The facility was officially opened by Scotland’s First Minister, Alex Salmond and Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary.

The Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise and Prestwick Airport secured this 6,000 sq/m hangar investment despite intense competition from five other Ryanair bases throughout Europe. They were also instrumental in securing Ryanair’s first 4,000 sq/m hangar which opened in 2004.

By securing this new investment the Scottish Government has supported the creation of 400 engineering and support jobs, which will maintain a large portion of Ryanair’s 260 aircraft fleet.

Speaking at Glasgow Prestwick, Michael O'Leary said:

“Ryanair wishes to thank First Minister Alex Salmond, the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise and Prestwick Airport for their help and support in winning this new hangar and these 200 new jobs for Ayrshire and Scotland despite intense competition from five other European airports. Ryanair’s second maintenance hangar at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, will create 200 new engineering jobs, in addition to the 2,200 local jobs which have already been created and sustained in Ayrshire as a direct result of Ryanair’s base and our existing hangar facility at Glasgow Prestwick.

First Minister Alex Salmond joined Ryanair Chief Executive Michael O'Leary at Glasgow Prestwick Airport today for the official opening of the company's new £8 million maintenance hangar.
The creation of a second maintenance, repair and overhaul facility at the airport will create 200 jobs. The Scottish Government is supporting the project with the offer of £1.5 million in Regional Selective Assistance and training grants through Scottish Enterprise.
The new project builds on the airline's existing facility which opened in 2004. Over 400 engineering and support jobs will be sustained at the two facilities which will maintain a large proportion of Ryanair's fleet of 260 aircraft.
First Minister Alex Salmond said:

RYANAIR'S TERMINATED PROBATIONARY CABIN CREW..DEPT LETTERS OFF ALLIED IRISH BANK FOR TRAINING FEE LOANS.....RYANAIR SHOULD PAY...

Today RyanairDontCare Campaign held a Protest outside the Allied Irish Bank in Liverpool....This bank is sending threatening letters to terminated probationary cabin crew for loan payments which was put in place by the AIB with Ryanair so students wishing to become cabin crew could pay in full the Ryanair cabin crew training fee which was miss sold to them.....After contact from RyanairDontCare Campaign to the CEO of the AIB, this loan agreement was stopped in December 2010...Even though their records showed so many of these loan applicants were terminated by Ryanair,they the AIB continued to give loans out..
Ryanair,Crewlink and Dalmac/Workforce told students to inform the AIB that their yearly salary would be over 17,000 Euro which was a lie by Ryanair.....It is Ryanair who should be paying back these loans not TERMINATED Ryanair cabin crew....
The manager called the police as a result of my protest which was,standing outside with two banners and a mega phone......WHAT A WAST OF POLICE TIME AIB.....
I did inform this manager at the end of my protest that more protests will follow in 2012 and we may occupy his bank..........Message to the Allied Irish Bank who are Ryanair shareholders,stop bringing more misery to Terminated Ryanair Probationary Cabin Crew or our protests will continue in Dublin......

Below is an email which RyanairDontCare Campaign received today from Trafford Police regarding Mr Paul Ridgard's Inquest.RyanairDontCare Campaign believe Ryanair Pilots and Cabin Crew should see this email even if Manchester Police do not agree...

John, 

Thank you for your interest in this investigation.  As a result of the appeal for information which was posted on your blog I have been in contact with a number of Pilots who both currently work for Ryanair or are ex employees of Ryanair, and, most importantly, personally knew Paul Ridgard and had conversations with him regarding his personal well being.  These people have been statemented and included within the final file which was sent to the coroner last month pending an inquest. 

As the matter is under the jurisdiction of the coroner I cannot disclose to you the contents of this file however all aspects of Paul Ridgards life have been investigated thoroughly to allow the coroner to have an impartial view of issues in his life leading up to his death.  Coroners inquests are often a stressful and sad time for the family involved as they often happen months after the original incident and old wounds can be re opened.  I understand you have some issues with Ryanair, however I would ask you to respect the family of Paul Ridgard and refrain from using the day of the inquest as an opportunity to further your protest against Ryanair.

I have forwarded a reply to DC Fryer today expressing my regret that he thinks RyanairDontCare Campaign would ever use the Death of any person to  further our protest against Ryanair....
