Ryanairdontcare Campaign yesterday wrote to the Civil Aviation Authority who are the law in the sky in the UK.
As we are all now aware of the dangers flying Ryanair in the UK after it was reported that  not one ,not two but 3 Ryanair flights in Spain issued a mayday call on the very same day 26th July 2012,all being LOW on fuel as a direct result of Ryanair's management putting PROFIT before human life..We thought it was best to contact the UK aviation authority with our concerns regarding flight safety issues which may endanger lives on board Ryanair's UK flights.
As you can see from the reply from the Civil Aviation Authority, NOT OUR PROBLEM...
I would have thought 3 maydays from any airline in the very same day in any European city would have been a serious concern for any aviation authority,not it seems the UK's Civil Aviation Authority..
Let us hope some form of authority will stop Ryanair risking the lives of passengers and crew daily as a direct result of profits..

As the heat steps up against Ryanair over the 3 mayday incidents, Ryanair seem to be fearless of any action that would or could be taken by aviation authorities against them,namely the (IAA) Irish Aviation Authority who make a large amount of revenue from Ryanair.It must also be pointed out that 8 former Ryanair employees are now IAA employees.Pilots,Cabin Crew and aviation unions show little faith in the IAA when it comes to Ryanair.Ryanair seem to be a LAW to themselves.
Many incidents of safety on board Ryanair's flight have been brought to the attention of the IAA to no avail,latest being the emergency seats being left empty when able body passengers should be placed in them.Ryanair charge passengers 10 euro extra for this leg room seat.
This seat issue is very serious to which the IAA are investigating but do not hold your breath.

In 2010 serious safety breach on board Ryanair were sent to Ryanairdontcare Campaign by a whistleblower inside Ryanair which showed lives were being put at risk by Ryanair to maximise profit with on board sales.Information included 6 photos of the serious breach were sent to Boeing in the U.S,(as Boeing safety  policy was breached), Civil Aviation Authority in the UK and Irish Aviation Authority based in Dublin.
No reply was ever sent to Ryanairdontcare Campaign but within hours of these serious safety breaches being posted on our first Blog RYANAIRDONTCARE, this Blog was closed down by Google.
We can confirm that Boeing and Google were tracked visiting the old Blog hours before it was closed.

Ryanairdontcare Campaign have contacted the IAA many times in writing regarding safety and security issues which is putting the lives of not only passengers but crew at risk by Ryanair.The IAA are aware of the issues Ryanairdontcare Campaign's founder John Foley has with Ryanair regarding the recruitment,employment and termination rate of probationary Ryanair cabin crew,with termination being as high as 60% in the first 12 months before any legal employment protection comes into place.

However, German pilots union Vereinigung Cockpit backed the IALPA claims, saying the Ryanair flights had “almost empty tanks” when they landed at Valencia.

Ryanair told a pensioner to abandon his wife while she was recovering from a heart attack and go on holiday with someone else, it is claimed.

Former-Lord Mayor of Liverpool Roger Johnston, 74, planned to fly to France next month with his wife Marie, 73.

They had booked seats with Ryanir when ex-nurse Marie suffered a heart attack that required surgery, leaving her unable to travel for three months.

But when ex-Lib Dem Councillor Roger contacted Ryanair to request a refund he says he was told to change the name on his wife’s ticket and take the flight with 'someone else'.

Retired architect Roger, of Woolton, Liverpool, is demanding a refund of the £146-a-head cost of the tickets for both flights from East Midlands Airport to Dinard, France.

But he claims that when he explained he was not ill - only his wife - the Ryanair operator suggested he should travel without her.

Roger said: 'I was absolutely appalled that they would even insinuate that I should abandon my wife at a time when she needs me the most. It’s morally insulting.

'I want a personal apology from Michael O’Leary. It’s just disgraceful that I would be treated like that when my wife was lying ill in hospital.

'I would never consider leaving my wife in such a situation. We’ve been married to for 40 years and she needs me to help look after her.

To make matters worse Ryanir say they can only accept her doctor’s note by fax.

'I believe that this is just obstructive and designed to put people off. 

'They do everything else on line or by email and they should accept a doctor’s note by email too.'

There is a clause in the airline’s Conditions of Travel offering customers a refund in the event that illness prevents them from travelling.

It states that a doctor's note must be required to prove that the passenger is unwell.

Roger added: 'I asked the woman at Ryanair ''Would you go off on holiday when your husband had suffered a heart attack and had been told he cannot travel?''

'There was a deafening silence before she told me to fax over with a doctor’s note.'

Ryanair said they had listened to a recording of the call and they said he asked is the seats could be used by someone else, at which point the operator told him they could be.

They said they offered Mr Johnston a full refund on the condition that they received a doctor's note confirming his wife was sick.

IAA and CAA Sit Back And Do Nothing....

Pilot View,
 fuel = safety. Ryanair is bulling their captain if extra fuel is taken without proper reason (and explanation)! As a consequence, some crews are afraid (!) to take good minimum extra margins unless the weather is really crap on the route or at destination...Even so, you still see people departing without good safety margin. That operational pressure put on the captain (treated like little child by the ryanair management: "do this, don't do that otherwise Big Michael will bang on your head!") is quite significant, especially on young inexperienced captains. These three "mayday low fuel" is not a premiere with ryanair. Similar cases of low fuel at Ryanair (not always declared as an emergency) happened in the past but were kept unveiled in the news. Wait for the next event... The only problem with a plane is , unlike with your car, running short of fuel means thousands of little pieces of metal scattered on the ground...! Don't play with safety!Ryanair.

Dear officer Cunningham,

I am in contact with you today regarding the motor car incident which took place on 26^th July 2011 outside Dalmac in Rush when I was peacefully protesting against Ryanair’s recruitment policy. Garda Siochana has started an investigation into this incident which took place in 2011.

I have given you a statement regarding this incident plus a video which was taken by me showing car registration 07 D49 734 mounting the public walk way, driving at one point towards me, finally driving over my foot whilst I was standing on a public walk way. My Ryanairdontcare Campaign has legitimate employment issues against Ryanair who use Dalmac as a third party recruiter of probationary cabin crew.

I must also point out on my last visit to Dalmac in Rush I was followed by a female who I believe works at Dalmac.

I have been advised by my solicitor in Liverpool to consider making an official complaint, not only to the Garda Siochana but also to the Irish government who are aware of employment issues involved with Ryanairdontcare Campaign…I must stress at this point I wish not to take this path but will consider to do so in the near future.

At this present time I wish to ask for information from the Garda Siochana regarding the motor vehicle incident of 26^th July 2011 under the freedom of information act 1997.

The information requested is as follows.

1, Did any interview take place with the driver of the motor vehicle registration 07 D49 734 and if so can I please have a copy of this interview.

2, How long after 26^th July 2011 did the Garda Siochana make contact with the person driving motor vehicle 07 D49 734 which was involved in this incident on 26^th July 2011 outside Dalmac in Rush.

3, Have any criminal charges been made against the person driving motor vehicle 07 D49 734 which was involved in this incident on 26^th July 2011 and what was the outcome.

4, Were there any management or employees of Dalmac or Ryanair Holdings Plc interviewed regarding motor vehicle 07 D49 734 which was involved in this incident on 26^thJuly 2011 outside Dalmac in Rush.

5, Can the Garda Siochana give name, address and occupation of the person driving motor vehicle 07 D49 734 which was involved in this incident on 26^th July 2011

Under the Data protection act 1988 can the Garda Siochana make available the full Data they hold in connection to John Foley regarding this incident which took place outside Dalmac in Rush on 26^th July 2011 which involved motor vehicle 07 D49 734.

Payment for this Data information will be paid by John Foley ........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................The purpose of these ................................. will be to ........................ employment practises of Ryanair, the 3000 euro training fee, health issues whilst based abroad plus the Termination rate of probationary Ryanair cabin crew which could be as high as 60% in the first 12 month period as no employment protection will be in place.

Dear Ryanair's Michael O'Leary,

I am in contact with you today regarding the Fake charity flag offer of €100,000 from the sale of Ryanair's charity calendar in 2013.

I would hope probationary cabin crew would not be abused and pressed into selling this calendar and Charity begins at home so if possible a large % could go towards food for probationary LOW PAID cabin crew at Ryanair,with the remaining balance coming to Ryanairdontcare Campaign.

Since Ryanairdontcare Campaign was set up in 2008,Ryanair have been informing us all that StJames Management are a third party provider who conduct the Ryanair cabin crew training course..This is yet one of many lies from Ryanair's Michael O'Leary who's main aim is to recruit as many young people as Ryanair can to TERMINATE,all paying a training fee of up to 3000 euro...

What is now very interesting is ''StJames Management'' is now an APPROVED RYANAIR RECRUITMENT PARTNER and not a cabin crew trainer as Ryanair kept saying......

As you will see from the letter below.This letter was sent by Darrell Hughes 'Deputy Director of Personnel' to the House of Commons in 2010. British MP Mr Norman Baker which clearly states under ''The factual position is as follows'' Ms Foley undertook a training course with StJames,a third party training school,in August 2008.....So Stjames Management are a recruiter of cabin crew,which Ryanairdontcare Campaign have been saying for 4 years and not a third part cabin crew training school as Ryanair say.

Yet more lies from Ryanair.Ryanair take cabin crew training courses but the fee of up to 3000 euro is paid to the third party to keep any blame away from Ryanair.Blame being TERMINATION....It is very hard for young students to see this maze which is built by Ryanair to exploit new recruited students..It is real and how is it legal???????? Young students signing the Crewlink or Workforce contract...Soon as you sign this SCAM contract you are in this exploitation maze and Ryanair will abuse you for every penny they can get...
