hi.
i made a booking for my 15 yr old daughter too come and see me as i am
fighting cancer . i did not realise there policy was 16 before you can
fly alone its a short 40 minute flight. so she could not take the
booking . so i asked for refund . all i got was rules quoted no empathy
of my condition . or the fact it was a genuine mistake. so ryanair
really don't care even if you are very sick . all i can add is how
mentally sick are they !!!!!
Ryanair are at the peak of their summer with up to 5000 cabin crew working on their aircraft.With up to 60% of new recruits being terminated in September 2014 recruitment days have been stepped up by Crewlink and a very new website by Dalmac.As you will see both website look very professional and you can see how you people wishing a career in aviation as cabin crew would join Ryanair. Do not be fooled as Ryanair's termination rate of new recruits all depends of how many are recruited by Crewlink and Dalmac.Look at the cabin crew recruitment days below which are for the Christmas 2014 period at Ryanair.December January March being low season but Ryanair have 48 recruitment days in a 6 week period. Ryanairdontcare campaign have targeted Ryanair's recruitment days in 2014 which has seen the numbers of young people joining Ryanair at an all time low which is the reason why recruitment days have been increased.Even with a low recruitment turnover by Ryanair the increased 48 recruitment days can still achieve 1000 new cabin crew.Why would any company have 1000 jobs available in their quite time ?

That´s à professional advice before getting involved in à professional suicide.
Here are some points And advice through out my 4 years experience in the what they call an airline:
.once you start of course And as everybody knows you have to pay for your
Training which i may say it´s acceptable as you pay for your diploma
like in à private school.but paying for the uniform .airport ID no
assistance or whatsoever for the crew car parking .transportation.no
food voucher for the crew if you get stuck in the airport for 7 hours
due to tech problem or diversion .happened to me .no food voucher.and
what´s worse you do not get paid for these hours .or even à
psychological support like " thanks for the hard work" à word of thanks
sometimes worth more than money.
No payment for home stand-bys.so basically in winter Time you Will get
paid 600 €or less in some bases.the wage Is so low in some countries
that you cannot survive.i wonder what job Is that if you cannot have à
decent life .rent your place .pay your bills etc...
We were promised to be promoted after one year service.i was 4years And i
was still junior no way for progression .no tickets for parents or
even à free ticket per year for you to your home country.as staff travel
i was denied to travel " u pay à stand-by ticket And you board the
aircraft last And in case the flight Is full you do not fly even if u pay
the ticket if the pilots refuse !once was denied traveling just the
captain said no.we are items of investments for this airline And for
the country you are sent to.Ryanair play with your future .they
send you somewhere and they leave you by yourself facing
administrations.tax offices and health insurance ,they do basically
nothing for you .all they do Is complain and whatever you do Is not
enough for them

For those who said i Will do it for an experience of one year .go ahead
.try And make up your minds but just to let you know .fr Is the unique
airline in the world that does not have à common sense policy .you
cannot ask why if you cannot understand something that they call mémos
.the crew themselves not all but most of them are lacking of customer
service .,rude ,bossy and nobody Is doing the job with passion .a lot of
gréât people worked And Left because Ryanair does not appréciate their
skills .they just care about sales no matter who you are,some people,
even they donot speak proper English.most crew they just wait for the
salary at the end ...how to get the customer service if fr does not
provide training for that .you could Never meet à cabin crew coming from
another airline to Ryanair but from Ryanair to other companies countless
crew are leaving everyday from different bases And for pilots as well
..you Will learn nothing from them. But daily stress ,fear,lack of respect...
Look for à décent airline even temporary contract ...but Never try
ryanair.if the crisis Will finish .i am sûre first nobody Will work nor
fly with them.
At the end you do what u see Is convenient for you all...just i wonder

Ryanair use their power with google to delete in Portugal the Ryanairdontcare's protest video at the Everton match in 2012 which highlighted the recruitment and termination policy at Ryanair. Thousands of newly recruited probationary cabin crew have been effected by Ryanair's abuse.

Friday 20th June 2014 Ryanair exploiters started their two day cabin crew recruitment drive at Manchester airport.The Bewleys Hotel is a favourite place for Ryanair.
Ryanair have not recruited in Manchester since 2012 after Ryanairdontcare Campaign protested inside the hotel with six students not joining as a direct result of our presence.

Today i gave out 27 of our business cards directing students to this blog and most of these students informed me that they are aware of Ryanairdontcare Campaign and are using the day as experience for airline interviews.This is great news that young people are using the Internet to see the real way in which Ryanair abuse new recruited cabin crew .
I stayed for one hour outside of the hotel before Ryanair contacted the airport police to remove me.

Saturday 21st June 2014 Ryanair exploiters started their second day cabin crew recruitment drive
at Manchester airport.The Bewleys Hotel.A very low number of students (17) were in attendance.
On arrival at the entrance of the Bewleys hotel ,standing on public land, i was confronted by a very large man running towards me in shorts and t-shirt.For about 5 minutes this large man verbally abused me and told me he was getting me arrested.ARRESTED for giving out leaflets above!..I ask him who he was but he refused to tell me.
The arrival of a police officer made this large man speak in a lower tone.This man i was informed by the police officer was a staff member of the Bewleys hotel,hope he never talks to his customers in this way.
After about ten minutes i informed this nice police officer that this large man was harassing me which was coursing me alarm and distress.At this point the large man was talked to by the police officer and walked back to the hotel.As this large man walked past me he shouted ''are you not suppose to be at a football match John'' his reference to my football protest in 2012. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QR4PM1P0bQY

Dear Barbra Spicer,
My name is John Foley who set up a campaign in 2008 dealing with cabin crew employment issues at Ryanair.
My last contact to your office was on April 8th 2014 to Mr.Philip Griffin who confirmed a response would follow in a week's time, which never happened.
I am contacting you today
with my concerns which could be fraud or financial irregularities
involving Ryanair cabin crew training and apprenticeships.
I wish to make an official complaint regarding payment of millions of pounds given by SFA to companies called M2 Training Ltd, Work Skills Ltd, Crewlink Ireland Ltd and St james management services ltd from 2010 until 2014.
All four companies are involved with Ryanair recruitment and training of cabin crew all over Europe. Ryanair
are Creating ownership structures to deceive and create £Millions each
year from its cabin crew recruitment and apprenticeships which I feel must be investigated.
Since
2010 SFA have been funding companies involved with Ryanair cabin crew
that continue to be placed into liquidation with the very same directors
involved opening new companies at different address and continuing
getting £Millions from the SFA.
A student who took an eight month Ryanair cabin crew apprenticeship, as a whistleblower has informed me that he personally paid month seven and eight out of his own pocket.
All correspondences since 2012 to Skills Funding Agency hasbeen dealt with by Mr. Philip Griffin and Amanda Webb Green.
Any future payment from SFA going to these four directors and business ,Philip Lineham, John Henry, Duncan Naylor, John Mudge ,Crewlink Ireland Ltd regarding Ryanair cabin crew must be suspended. I must also inform you that many addresses are being used in relation to the above information.
Finally I must say that I do not believe any employee at SFA are involved in any fraud or financial irregularities and i have given the information in this email to the national press.

liquidated companies setting up bogus apprenticeships which the UK

Crewlink/Dalmac and St James were not in business offering cabin crew
recruitment and training before 2004 (when Ryanair started to contract
this to these alleged 3rd party providers and David Bonderman TPG became the Ryanair chief in 2004 ).
Not one of these companies was an established cabin crew training provider,
they all appeared and started at the very same time as Ryanair started
to use them. Is it not easily provable that all of these companies were created out of nothing in order to deceive and create £Millions each year from scamming crew at Ryanair. Why didn't Ryanair use an established company. It is obvious that Ryanair have hand - picked individuals to start these alleged 3rd party providers all within six months of each other.John Mudge, Judy Byrne, Frank Whelan and Anne McCrudden are nominee directors (figureheads running/owning company on paper) who are also guilty of fraud.
Crewlink Ireland are the biggest alleged 3rd party provider
of cabin crew for Ryanair with over 3,400 employees, Dalmac who set up Workforce International provide over 1800 employees.
In December 2012 Crewlink Ireland had a turnover of € Euro 65 million with taxation of € Euro -52,516 being claimed.
Not one € of tax paid to the Irish Tax man in 2012 by Crewlink Ireland.
Dalmac run by Anne McCrudden in Rush Ireland is a much bigger winner and she is a bit smarter.She is involved with the Catholic Church, theater company and a Rush council board member (and owns a street in Rush) started off with a legitimate language school before the figure heading the company on paper for Ryanair.
Look at the companies below.
All are registered by alleged 3rd party recruiters and training provider for Ryanair.
The Irish government must investigate.
What
is interesting is the EU last year announced that they were going
to require all companies with a nominee arrangement to list true the
true beneficial owner to counter fraud/corruption and that a public
register will be established, it's in the final stage of the legislation.
Ryanair's
David Bonderman and Michael O'Leary are cleaning up their act as we speak
(MONEY) by closing all alleged 3rd party recruiters and training
provider in the UK and Ireland and putting them as one new company called ''Cabin Crew Europe''....
