I am contacting you today with regards my email which was sent to you on 15th March 2011 regarding Ryanair.
I notice i did not receive any contact from you with regards more information and i see this as maybe a laps,as i know you are very busy at this time Ms Burton.
I will start by saying,at a young age i was brought up in a children's home in Liverpool
Neglect and abuse and the death of my mother at home is all the memories i hold on my own childhood.
After reaching adult life and turning my young life around i married and have four beautiful daughters,which i am very proud of.
I brought them all up with respect,manners and a good education Ms Burton which has helped my eldest two daughters,start adult life in good footing.
I would never let any of my children suffer any form of ABUSE as my own childhood was plentiful.
26th November 2008 our family's life was turned upside down by what i believed and still do,the ABUSE my daughter suffered at the hands of an Irish company ,''RYANAIR.''.
We went through, trying employment laws in Dublin,which was not helpful as my daughter Sarah was employed less than 12 months.After lots of research a pattern became noticeable,many young students were getting Terminated as Probationary Cabin Crew at Ryanair,for reasons which Ryanair themselves state,late,sick days etc.
Never was i going to sit by and let my child be commercial ABUSED by any company for profit and Ryanairdontcare Campaign was formed,giving many Terminated Probationary Cabin Crew a voice and information.Also i decided to protests,some times getting myself arrested,which i am not proud of,but the message needed to be in the public domain with regards recruitment of Probationary Cabin Crew at Ryanair.
Many lies have been told from Ryanair,which i will not go into as much but on the 8th April in Bray Ireland, i had a meeting with Michael O'Leary CEO of Ryanair and CREWLINK the so called third party Cabin Crew trainer,who charge a fee of 3000 Euro for students to train,
Ryanair and Mr O'Leary have denied,Ryanair take training courses,which is a lie as i have evidence to prove this.
This meeting with Mr O'Leary CEO of Ryanair has shown me that,the foundation of our Ryanairdontcare Campaign,Exploitation and Recruitment of young students all over Europe for termination is true.
Termination levels at Ryanair need to be investigated,third party training companies,DALMAC and Crewlink which provide the escape rout for TERMINATION of Probationary Cabin Crew at Ryanair,which has a PROBATIONARY work force of 80% of all cabin crew at Ryanair.Bank of Ireland and Training loans from the AIB,which our campaign helped to stop,need to be also investigated.Many Irish students are in dept because of this AIB Cabin Crew training loan,which was paid to a third party..Our contact with the AIB CEO is very interesting as,why levels of termination of students given LOANS were not investigated by the AIB.
We believe a government investigation needs to take place over this recruitment module and subsidies for employment Ryanair.Since 2004 many thousands of probationary cabin crew at Ryanair have fell foul to this termination .
Ryanair have used Crewlink/Dalmac to go into Irish colleges to recruit young Irish students,charge a fee,base these young Irish students abroad for the sole purpose of EXPLOITATION and Termination,not only Irish students by European students also.
Lets say i am right with regards my findings, our campaign Ryanairdontcare has informed the Irish Government who, i would hope would protect their citizens.
The damage to the Irish people and country done by Ryanair is a force in Europe Ms Burton which your Government need to look into.
